• Julie (10/5): - Je recommande très fortement cet appareil, il est propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé, bô’e literie. Rapport qualité prix très correct. La conciergerie est également très à l écoute et réactive pour répondre aux questions avant et durant le séjour. Nous sommes vraiment ravis et gardons cette adresse.
• Antoine (3/5): Dans ce cas là préfère l hôtel - L appartement ne manque rien question cuisine et confort !!!! Appartement sous agence tout un scandale pour récupérer les clés et système de caution de 300€ qu on nous exige pour la remise des clés pas de draps et de serviettes c est une option supplémentaire enfin pour des vacances prévoyez un déménagement

• Ronald (8/5): Accommodatie goed - Dicht bij de plek waar wij afspraken hebben gehad Accommodatie voldoet alleen er dient een borg betaald te worden wat niet staat vermeld Ook het feit dat er bij de accommodatie niet de gevraagde lakens en handdoeken waren wat wel gevraagd was
• Elizabeth (7/5): Déçue - Agréablement décoré. Une mise à disposition de l'appartement très compliquée qui impose de trouver des clés loin de l'appartement. On nous fait croire qu'une agence nous accueillera or c'est un mur qui est recouvert de boîtes à clés. D'sutre part, on nous oblige à verser une caution presque 1 semaine avant d'occuper le logement. La literie est très inconfortable. Elle aurait été changée l'été... Si c'est le cas, un choix de 1er prix. Une charge très contrariante dans les démarches pour arriver jusqu'au logement et pour le rendre. Très surprenant. J'ai loué de nombreux logements. C'est la 1ere fois que je suis confrontée à ces problèmes.

• Marine (8/5): - Apparemment propre et agréable 👍 Point a améliorer, mettre une table pour manger ou changer les tabourets trop haut quand nous sommes assis comparer a la hauteur de la table. Également la piscine, n'est pas accessible car feuille dans l'eau etc.

• MILHES (9/5): Bel appartement très confortable pour des vacances en famille - Appartement conforme aux photos, tout confort, très bonne literie, déco agréable et la plancha sur le balcon est un vrai +, sans oublier la climatisation et l’accès à la piscine de la résidence La vue sur la marina n’est pas folle Rue très bruyante en pleine saison à cause de l’emplacement proche du Mercadona

Laurance et Bruno were excellent - Location for us was very good. 10 to min walk to the beach and 20 min walk to roses centre. Mercadona supermarket next door but no noise at all. Quite appartement and easy parking. Nice view from the appartement and of the canals and boats. The appartement was very comfortable and had everything needed. Laurence and Bruno were amazing, they made us feel very welcome and great communication and really excellent service. Thank you both and the owner and booking.com for a wonderful holiday. If your thinking of coming, just book you will have a wonderful holiday. We had to take our daughter to hospital so an address of the medical centre, cap, would have been be good and saved a lot of time. cleaning of the beds could have been a little better. There were a lot of hairs on some of the beds.
