Instalaciones muy cómodas , todo impecable,es ideal para ir con niños ya que dispone de piscina para ellos y toboganes. Habitación grande .muy cuidada y bonitas vistas al mar. - Boris (7/5): One of the few open hotels this time of year. - Well placed next to the Cami de Cavalls. We were told our room was superior but there were no cups or plates. The third bed was uncomfortable.

C’est vrai mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé car elle est bruyante de vie et de convivialité. Le variété et l’excellence qualité des buffets. L’architecture du club respectueuse des maisons minorquaines. Nous sommes arrivés en pleine tempête. Il faisait froid dans le logement. Le chauffage envoyé de l’air froid. J’ai demandé une couverture supplémentaire à la réception à 3 reprises que nous n’avons jamais obtenu. Attention aux retraits au distributeur de l’hôtel : 4,95 de frais !

- Michela (1/5): Una estafa… no tiene ni una estrella - Nada La peor experiencia en un hotel. Las habitaciones estaban sucias, con basura acumulada fuera de la puerta y llenas de bichos. Una noche llegamos a encontrar más de 10 escarabajos y otros insectos dentro de la habitación; mi hijo ni siquiera quería dormir allí del miedo que daba. Pedimos un cambio y no hicieron absolutamente nada. El restaurante era un auténtico desastre, daba miedo entrar. Pagamos el todo incluido y al final tuvimos que comer fuera, porque lo único que había eran frituras de mala calidad para turistas, y lo más grave: llegamos a ver vómitos en el suelo sin limpiar. Una vergüenza total. Adjunto fotos para que se vea que no exagero. No lo recomiendo a nadie, fue un auténtico infierno de vacaciones.

Pero nada agradable el - El lugar y precio La higiene vergonzosa realmente la cama solo la estiraban un día encontré un pelos en las sábanas al irme a acosar que por supuesto no eran nuestros, el restaurante donde se desayunaba los platos estaban sucios pero sucios sucios realmente, solo desayunamos el primer día después no fuimos más. Nunca visto porque no era uno buscamos varios y todos sucios como lavados con agua fría.

- florence (1/5): Fuyez vite cet hôtel !!!!!!!!! - Rien, Le néant total, hôtel vieux, très mal entretenu, un tuyau sous le lavabo s’est rompu résultat logement inondé portes et fenêtres qui ferme très mal, faux gazon à proximité des piscines je vous dis pas les bactéries 🦠 😏😏😏Lumière non fonctionnelle afin d’accéder aux logements plusieurs personnes sont tombés dont ma femme résultat une entorse l’hôtel ne mérite en aucun cas quatre étoiles c’est se moquer du monde !!!!!!! Un peu plus loin à 300 m l’hôtel Thirand playa très bien entretenu et magnifique je vous conseille vivement cet hôtel, fuyez l’hôtel Fergus c’est une honte Absolument tout

Its is very pretty, not too far from the airport and has a beach which was amazing! Food. You won't starve but its not a huge selection. Only one person manning the pool bar which is crazy given all the people there. Felt sorry for him .

Village vacances joli, espace aquatique bien Piscine non chauffée et du coup très froide impossible de se baigner malgré la chaleur exterieur. L'intérieur des chambre ne correspond pas du tout au photo du site, elles sont très vétuste, moisissures, sol très abîmé etc... Restaurant très varié mais qualité de la nourriture immangeable, c'est vraiment abusé de servir de la nourriture de si mauvaise qualité

Claramente está pensado para turistas extranjeros y discriminan al turista español. Si el hotel estuviese en otro país lo comprendo porque son sus costumbres pero en España es decepcionante.

- Paul (7/5): Not a good place for a single traveller - Nice room off season with sea view. Breakfast was actually really impressive for an all inclusive (note I was not but had it in my room rate). Staff tried hard. My big annoyance was the ridiculous for beer for someone not all inclusive and in plastic cups. Unless things change I would recommend only staying here all inclusive.
- Renate (8/5): - Die Anlage ist sehr schön und die Nähe zum Strand unschlagbar. Auch unser Appartement war super. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht um mehr sagen zu können. Das Frühstück war schrecklich. Die Kaffeeautomaten waren defekt. Aus einem kam nur gefärbtes Wasser mit Kaffeearoma raus. Das Personal war mit der Situation überfordert.

- MIGUEL (7/5): - La ubicación, limpieza de las habitaciones Debido al horario del evento deportivo en el cual participamos, no pudimos desayunar dentro del horario pero no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución y los apartamentos no estaban equipados para tomar un simple café. Había solo 4 vasos y dos copas Hay pocas luces para acceder a según que apartamentos.

Le logement que nous avions loué très bien , à l'écart des piscines principales , nous étions au calme Une humidité dans le logement, odeur. Nous avions loué un studio pour être indépendant seulement il a fallu payer pour avoir l'ensemble couverts casseroles pour se préparer à manger. Cela n'avait pas été dit lors de la réservation pour la location. Le petit déjeuner était inclus

El todo incluido es una estafa: bebida, vino y refrescos de grifo, tipo cine. Malisimos. Café nefasto. Te hacen pagar a parte si quieres un café normal de máquina de bar!!! Increíble. Horarios pensados para los guiris. Comida bufet bastante mala en general. Piscina general bastante pequeña para el tamaño del hotel. Te hacen pagar por usar la caja fuerte 5 euros diarios!! La habitacion a pesar de tener una pequeña vitro, nevera y microondas no contiene nada de vajilla!! Solo 3 vasos y te hacen pagar otros 5 euros diarios si quieres vajilla. Relación calidad precio desfasada, no vale lo que cuesta.

- Christopher (10/5): Séjour en famille parfait - Nous avons été dès notre arrivée, enchanté par le personnel de l'accueil. Notre voyage à continué en découvrant ce complexe hôtelier et sa plage intimiste. Le buffet est également bien desservis et les animations du soir sont orchestrés par des animateurs dignes du film des bronzés, bref pour y être aller en famille avec 2 adolescents de 15 ans, tout était parfait et la formule tout compris fort intéressante pour les familles. Rien, si ce n'est pour vraiment trouver quelque chose à redire, peux t'être ouvrir le bar près de l'autre piscine également.

O sofá cama era muito mau, molas partidas, rangia a cada movimento. Quando fechado o sofá está muito sujo, nomeadamente com manchas de vomitao. Tinhamos tudo incluído e os empregados eram manifestamente insuficientes e a limpeza do restaurante era má, mesas sujas e loiça tb. - MªAngels (4/5): instalaciones muy viejas - la ubicación Instalaciones muy descuidadas, era el 3r año que íbamos y nada que ver con los otros años. las tumbonas de la piscina súper viajas, muchas rotas al igual que las sombrillas. La zona de la ducha de la piscina se caía a trozos, literal. X no decir el precio, que ha subido considerablemente. Evidentemente no volveremos, una pena!

Los toboganes que aunque son muchísimo más pequeños de lo q parecen en las fotos son divertidos. Y los socorristas que están en los toboganes que son muy amables y agradables y la mayoría de ellos se preocupan en que te diviertas. La habitación principal no está mal , pero el sofá cama es infumable, incómodisimo Lo descuidado que está sobre todo la zona del parque acuático , la falta de limpieza , sobre todo en las mesas de la piscina y de la zona de los shows. La falta absoluta de cobertura para el móvil . Los accesos a las habitaciones con escaleras infinitas y falta de acceso total para minusválidos . Y la comida es bastante mejorable .
