- Lorena (7/5): Boa. - Francy, a funcionária que cuida do hotel, é muito amável e prestativa. Fez tudo o que poderia para nos acomodar da melhor forma possível, inserindo um colchão melhor para que todos nós 4 pudéssemos dormir melhor. O terraço do quarto superior é muito bom, e a cama de casal é bem confortável. (O sofá-cama para uma quarta pessoa eu não recomendo). O banheiro do quarto do último andar não foi muito bem construído, de modo que a pressão da água do chuveiro é extremamente reduzida. Falta uma cortina escura para bloquear o sol da manhã quando o hóspede deseja dormir mais. Tivemos um problema de comunicação com a dona do hostel que não nos repassou o telefone da funcionária, não a informou que chegaríamos mais tarde, não atendeu o telefone fixo disponível no google... Tudo isso, somado ao fato de que chegamos na praia às 23h, gerou um grande stress na chegada à hospedagem. A praia Mendihuaca não é bem apropriada para crianças, e havia muito lixo orgânico ao longo de toda a areia. Eu sugiro que os donos de hostels façam um trabalho coletivo para manter a praia em melhor estado, já que é justamente a praia a grande atração turística.
- Jelena (6/5): - Location - right on the beach. Our stay was unfortunately not very comfortable. The whole house seems to be slightly leaning, which you can really feel—even when lying in bed, it doesn’t feel like you’re on a flat surface. The bed itself was quite small and not really suitable for two people, especially since the mosquito net takes up additional space. Cleanliness was also below expectations, which made the stay less enjoyable overall. Additionally, the nearby beach is not ideal for swimming due to strong waves. And also we didn’t find any market nearby to buy water so we had to buy at the property for 6000 pesos for 1 l.

El tema de la ducha no - La ubicación La ducha no estaba en buenas condiciones, casi no salía agua, llegamos antes de la hora del ceck in y la habitación no estaba aseada, se le dió una limpieza rápida a la habitación para hacernos ingresar. Hubiésemos podido esperar para que asearan bien la habitación. La toallas tenían manchones de óxido. La señora Francy siempre estuvo muy atenta, su atención y disposición fue muy buena.

- Juan (1/5): No lo recomiendo - El staff era amable y estaba al frente del mar. Estaba al lado de un restaurante donde se escuchaba todo el ruido desde las 6 am, todos los ruidos se escuchan, había murciélagos o ratones porque hacían muchos chillidos y se encontraban sus heces en el lavamanos. El precio es muy alto en comparación con otros mejor ubicados y más confortables que otros.

BRING BUG SPRAY!! This has nothing to do with the accomodations... The beach has critters that like to eat you... Ask Francy for her non-toxic spray.. it will save you!!
- Emily (7/5): Overpriced, good location, rooms are too small to move in - Great location The room was tiny - I’ve been in Colombia for over 3 months and it was the smallest by far. No room to put a bag down and also stand up or move to get into bed. Also nowhere to hang clothes/towels/luggage. The bathroom was so small your knees would be pointing out into the bedroom whilst you’re on the loo. I wouldn’t have minded but this was one of the more expensive places I stayed (hotel prices and you end up getting a satisfactory level hostel)… but the whole area is expensive so you don’t really have a huge choice…!

Although it is on the beachfront, the rate per night is excessive for what is offered: they do not do daily cleaning, it is completely built of very rustic wood, it does not have a mosquito net, the room is tiny, only the bed fits. and my bathroom had a bad smell.
