• Arnau (5/5): - The cleanliness of this apartment was not acceptable. Although the owner said the apartment had been cleaned before our arrival, that was not reflected in its actual condition. After spending some time in the apartment, it became obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. The kitchen was particularly bad: grease on top of the cupboards, unclean counters, a dirty fridge inside and outside, and a sticky floor. There was also no kitchen towel provided, and the dishwashing sponge was old and dirty. There was a strong toilet smell on arrival. In the bathroom, there was also a leak, and the towels provided were not fully clean. This was not a minor detail. The apartment did not meet a basic standard of cleanliness, and that should be addressed.

• Yasmin (10/5): Cozy, chic - My stay was wonderful! The place is very clean with a beautiful, relaxing view. The communication was smooth and made everything feel easy and comfortable. The best part was definitely sitting on the balcony — such a calm atmosphere, and the sunlight coming into the space was perfect. The blackout curtains were truly 100% dark, which helped me sleep really well. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend it! U can't charger ur electric car

The location is quiet and gives you a real sense of peace, and the best part is definitely sitting on the balcony — such a beautiful and cozy spot. The owner is also extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

The water heater in one of the bathrooms needs maintenance, as does the toilet tank. If you take advantage of the Genius discount on Booking.com, the apartment owner will ask you for additional cleaning fees.

• Muhammad (10/5): The most serene apartment in Madinaty - I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The view is absolutely stunning, and the space was spotless and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madinaty. A perfect 5-star experience!
