- Karyna (7/5): Okey for some nights - It was ok, spacious, quiet, WiFi worked, shower worked. For a sleep over is fine for a few nights. My husband used the chair and it fell and almost broke, which was dangerous for his health, as he fell on his back. Apart that, all was ok.

- Tim (5/5): Passable - Washroom clean Beds really comfy Whole place is big in general It's very cold throughout the whole place. Under the beds was very dirty, dusty and food crumbs. The outlet on the counters doesn't work, so had to move all electronics to the outlet on the kitchen floor to use.

Unit needs a deep clean and some TLC - Location was the ONLY good thing about this space ...Tim Hortons is 2 mins walk away ...this space has potential with some TLC and a proper cleaning The space smelt like wet bathroom and mold as soon as you enter you are hit with the awful smell that didn't go away and we left the bathroom fan run the entire time we stayed ..aside from the terrible smell the bathroom was NOT properly cleaned ..the build up of dirt on the baseboards was gross where the toilet seat attaches there was also a built-up that's never been cleaned nor the bottom of the toilet that was covered in dust and hair ..the door knob looked ready to fall off ...we had to ask for towels .. no covering on the bedroom window ..kitchen sink tap was also very loose and I am 100% there was mouse droppings on the floor ..there were fruit flies through out the apt and the area rug and bath mat were visibly stained ... The size of the window in the living space is concerning 12x24 I'm not sure if it's a legal suite as there is absolutely no way to exit the window incase of emergency.... So our stay wasn't the greatest as it was hard to feel comfortable in a space that needed to be properly cleaned and smelt the way it did ...thumbs down to this unit
