• Connie (9/5): - Communication from Lily our host, apartment was clean and tidy and a good location. The road is already narrow and alot of cars are parked on both sides of the street. You need to drive with caution and keep watch for oncoming traffic.

• Catalina Jensen (10/5): Great stay - We booked this apartment a few months ago while we were visiting Darwin. It was quiet and clean, and we loved having AC as it was quite hot and humid outside.
• Marilyn (5/5): We enjoyed Darwin even though it was a rushed holiday to see a sick family member. - Location to family Front gate very hard to open luckily we had a hire vehicle so we’re able to use the front gate remote. There were no coffee pods for the coffee machine I think it would be nice to have some on arrival, I was told to go to Coles or Woolworths to purchase! No hand sanitizer in kitchen and bathroom. Only 4 coffee cups for use, there were 3 persons so water had to be constantly used. Dirty stains on the carpet square in the sitting room. No washing powder for washing machine, a small amount would be helpful.
• Andrew (10/5): - The location of the property was in close proximity to Darwing city and sounding areas. The unit size was perfect for our family of 5. We arrived very late in the evening, and the instructions provided to access the property clearly stated.
• Annalise (10/5): - Central location, very clean and tidy, had everything you needed plus more - has a portable cot and high table available if you need and a nice balcony seating area. Was good to wash clothes on the go with the washing machine. Highlight of the stay was the BEDS!! Sooooo comfortable we had the best sleep! Both Koala mattresses, we’re going to purchase one for ourselves. Highly recommend this place!

• Gdkoala (8/5): Nice with some small limitations - Beds very comfortable. Apartment Clean and well presented. Consumables provided. Tourist/food information useful. Rules, Internet and Tv good. Would recommend to stay at. Body wash provided in shower but empty. Some TV channel information, like tourist/food information, would be good. Jug for fridge water would be useful and a drain rack option stored under sink for dishes. Lounge is more a bed than a comfortable seat, must sit back rather than forward. When living out of bags some type of movable box/stand stored in wardrobe would be better than the floor as minimal furnishings is good for cleaning but not living. Other items are out of owners hands like a toilet separate to bathroom & stairs to 2nd floor have a pretend step trying to indicate a change, bedroom shape limits sidestand/power point positioning, narrow carparking, building access only between cars not easy with luggage, small gate security buttons seemed to be sticking but learned the trick of fully press..

• Alison (9/5): Fantastic - The location was excellent. Lovely quiet area with easy access to the city and suburbs. The unit and the outdoor areas were very clean. You had everything you needed in the unit and it was very comfortable. Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a lovely breeze and plenty of privacy with the well kept gardens. The only issue was the stairs. We are an older couple and my partner has arthritis in knees and ankles so he struggled a bit. But kept us fit after all the eating out we were doing. Did not see anything in the info to say it didn’t have a lift but perhaps I just didn’t see it but might be worth mentioning if it’s not in already.

We loved our stay! - The property was comfortable and clean and fit our family of 6 very well! It was close to everything and nice and quiet during the evenings. Would highly recommend this property! We will definitely stay again when we come back. Honestly there was nothing I could fault or that I didn’t like.

• Melissa (9/5): Loved staying at this apartment. Lily the host was great replying to messages and left us alone for the 12 days we were - The property was spacious and clean. It had everything you needed such as kitchen pantry supplies. They had a hire car option if you needed it. It was quiet between all the neighbours. There was an air con unit and fans in every bedroom and in the living area. There was no need to take keys with us as there was a code pad on the front door and front pedestrian gate. There was a remote provided for the driveway gate too. They had thought if everything there. There wasn’t enough seating for our group of 5 to watch tv. Considering it’s a three bedroom apartment there wasn’t enough couch space. The air con remote in one bedroom had run out of batteries so couldn’t adjust without running between rooms. There was a bit of traffic noise from the main road behind the property.

• Dudley (10/5): Very enjoyable stay & the apartment was perfect for our family reunion needs - Location was great - close to city & easy access to freeway when also needing to head out to Howard Springs / Palmerston 3 flights of stairs to carry bags but that's not a bad reflection on the apartment itself as the unit complex does not have a lift.

It advertised 3 bedrooms, but one room was set up as a study not a bedroom either s bed in it. The gold away bed in the living room was used

They rated the property 5 star No TV remote (missing from previous guests) Dishwasher not clean & not working but after reporting it to host she has advised it will be replaced

• Farhan (10/5): It was a good stay overall. Check in/out was smooth. - Bed was comfy. Unit was full with all kinds of basic necessities for families with toddlers. Couldn’t park my car in the secured parking spot. Had to park off street due to the non-availability of gate remote. Secondly, it was about stairs which i think is not whitin the hands of owner.
