Lee (3/5): Not good for business or family travelers - The room we got was dirty to say the least. On the 3 third day the water was cut off for 3 hours. The last day of our stay the water was out for 15 hours. Not going to this hotel again.

Oscar (1/5): Not really a good choice - Nice nearby places to eat. Close to the central bus station The rooms did not look anything like the pictures advertised on booking. The rooms facing the street are not quite at all it was really hard to sleep there. They moved us to another room. After peeing, just one flush and the toilet stopped working. Terrible facilities. The breakfast was also quite poor and we were better off having breakfast outside. From our third night and on, we moved to another hotel

The AC unit didn’t work and the room was super hot. Most rooms face a very noisy avenue. The breakfast was ok but very basic. The surrounding area didn’t look that safe and no one would adventure out after dark. There a couple of local restaurants nearby which are okay.

Rosa (1/5): Bad - The location 1) They day I arrived they told me they didn’t have an available room even when I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance and I confirmed my check in hour the day before 2) The breakfast was horrible I couldn’t even eat it I bought my breakfast in a bakery in front of the hotel 3) SAFETY ISSUES: They close the hotel’s door and the receptionist always disappear. I arrived to the hotel at 11:00 pm and I have to be at the door knocking for 20 mins to be able to enter. It was extremely dangerous me waiting at that time, alone, with a lot of packages. Somebody can get robbed while waiting for somebody to open the door. It happened to me 2 times. 4) They don’t allow visitors, if somebody wants to visit you for more than 15 mins you have to pay 40.000 pesos (around $10) first time in my life I heard it after being in multiple hotels. The hotels usually change you if somebody else is going to sleep over but not for visitors… 5) The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. (The receptionists) because the cleaning staff is really kind

Carlos_rojas (5/5): Passable - Location and price The door was very loud and hard to close. The room didn't match the description. Breakfast was free but was really basic and always the same: café and eggs. The shower door didn't close so the floor got wet.
Juan (3/5): The room was nice, but due to the problems I stated I would not stay again. - I liked the room, the view was nice and everything was actually really comfortable. The elevator wasn't working and we were in the 8th floor. We had no towels, I had to call three times to get them to bring us towels, and we asked a couple times for a clothes iron, which they said they had and could let us use, but never delivered. I'd have preferred if they told us they were not going to be able to let us use the iron rather than making us wait for nothing.
