• Ausra (10/5): - Large comfortable apartment. One bedroom with a double bed, the other with two bunk beds (room without a window), spacious living room with kitchen, large bathroom with washing machine and large balcony with sea view. The balcony is amazing, the view too. The kitchen has basic tools, dishes. You can find a place for the car on the street (free of charge). Communication was excellent, informative. We found the apartment quickly. There are two supermarkets nearby. The sea is 5 minutes away. none

• Maria (5/5): C'è qualcosina da rivedere ... - Appartamento in ottima posizione essendo vicino al mare, al lungomare con tutti i locali serali e al supermercato e negozi vari. In agosto risulta però un pò rumorosa. Casa confortevole in generale, completa di elettrodomestici funzionanti; peccato per alcuni dettagli... la mancata dotazione di pentole adatte a cottura ad induzione ti obbligano a dover mangiare fuori se vuoi un pasto completo: avendo prenotato soggiorno lungo non mi è stato possibile cucinare dato che l'unica padella che c'era, mi bruciava tutto! Ho richiesto Tovaglia, strofinacci da cucina, coltelli che tagliassero ... mai arrivato nulla! La bellissima finestra che da sul terrazzo aveva tapparella rotta! il risultato: svegliarsi tutte le mattine alle 6 con la luce del giorno che illuminava tutta casa poiché non è stato possibile avere una tenda oscurante! La casa ci è stata consegnata con i letti da fare poiché le lenzuola erano state lavate e stese 1 ora prima della consegna (e meno male che siamo arrivati di sera)! Lenzuola vecchie e usurate (alcune anche bucate) così come gli asciugamani rotti e scambiati! Diciamo che la parte 'dotazione' va completamente rivista; meno male che avevo le mie personali. Pulizia inesistente data la polvere e sporcizia trovate; comprato prodotti e fatto in autonomia! Ultima segnalazione va fatta ai cuscini dei letti: eravamo in 4 e tutti avevamo delle giganti 'bombette' scomodissime che chiaramente, visti i mancati riscontri alle precedenti richieste, abbiamo evitato di segnalare! Sunto: rapporto qualità/prezzo, un pò troppo cara.
• David (8/5): The balcony view alone is worth it the stay. - Amazing balcony. Comfortable beds and living room couch/chairs. Professional and responsive host. Good Air Con. Good kitchen for cooking. Good location, 5 minutes to waterfront boardwalk. Loud at night, but this is Sarande promenade - bring ear plugs. You have to buy extra toilet paper (2 rolls were provided for 5 days/4 people) and garbage bags (one per trash bin). As of June 11, 2025, Big Market down the road is now closed, it’s a longer walk to grocery/supplies (pretty expensive).

• Emilie (8/5): Great location with a beautiful view, perfect for a friend group or family. - Lots of space and very suitable for a friend group of 5-6 people. Great location but difficult to find on your own. We couldn’t find the property based on the information we had received. But the host was very sweet and came to meet us and show us the way.

• Zora (9/5): i highly reccomend this apartment - location comunication with the owner terrace AC pillow are a bit hard and tall issues with the elevator (the appartment is on the 2nd floor so you can use stairs) only one key, which can be an issue when you travel as a big group
