• Konstantinos (10/5): Το κλείνετε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη, εξαιρετική διαμονή! - Θα ξεκινήσω από το ότι ο χώρος είναι φοβερά διαμορφωμένος και άνετος παρόλο που το διαμέρισμα είναι σχετικά μικρό, είναι άνετο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μια βεράντα όνειρο, έχει ακριβώς ό,τι χρειάζεσαι για μια ή παραπάνω μέρες διαμονής. Η καθαριότητα είναι φοβερή, ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και οι οδηγίες ξεκάθαρες. Κλείστε το χώρις δεύτερη σκέψη. Να μην παραλείψω πως υπάρχει πάντα τουλάχιστον μια θέση πάρκινγκ, η γειτονιά είναι πολύ ήρεμη και κοντά σε ό,τι χρειάζεσαι.

• DIMITRIOS (9/5): - Καθαριότητα, βολική τοποθεσία, παροχές, πολύ καλό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια, εξαιρετικό μπαλκόνι ευκολία επικοινωνίας και συνεννόησης με τον ιδιοκτήτη Το δωμάτιο ήταν κάπως στενό. Επίσης μπαίνει αρκετό φως στο δωμάτιο το πρωί, ίσως χρειάζεται μια άλλη κουρτίνα προκειμένου να διατηρείται σκοτάδι κατά την διάρκεια του ύπνου. Επίσης χρειάζεται κάποια κρεμαστρα εντός του δωματίου καθώς και ένας πάγκος για να ακουμπάς την βαλίτσα. Λεπτομέρειες που θα κάνουν την διαφορά.

• Tatevik (10/5): Feel a local in Athens 😊 - The apartment was great, especially the balcony which is just amazing. The host was very helpful, nice and I could check in earlier which saved me a lot of time. I like the check in and check out by a lockbox. The location was also good for me and safe, you can feel like a local, there was also a metro station which I used to get to the airport, you need to change the line but it's not difficult. I highly recommend this apartment, there was everything to feel comfortable and at home.

• Stefania Zoi (9/5): A nice little studio with a nice balcony. - The balcony, the ac, Netflix, separate wc/shower, many power plugs, many light options, quite neighbourhood. There’s a locker and a closet. A microwave needed and the toilet fan was too loud. It wasn’t dark enough in the morning. I was lucky enough to wear a face mask and earplugs.

• Fifi (10/5): One perfect night in Athens - Everything was exceptional! Perfection built into a small space, but with everything you needed. Super comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Ultra clean. A lift! Close to the metro. Host super responsive and helpful. Nothing to dislike here.

Se ve que al propietario le gusta que te vayas de allí contento. Además está muy cerca del centro. No me gustó tener que irme. Todo fue perfecto.

• Mauro (10/5): - Is rare to give 10 points to a booking. But this one REALLY deserve it. The appartment is beautiful!! Full equiped, very modern, hiper-clean. Angel answer all our question. The area and the building is quiet, the appartment has sound prolf glass too, so it has great temperature and 0 noise from outside. The balconny is beautiful too. The distance to monasteraki and all rhe important areas is about 20 min walking, and both avenues to go are secure and full of shops. I hope to find more places like this in the future!!

• ANA (9/5): Una buena relación calidad-precio - El estudio es pequeño pero bien decorado. Tiene una cocinita , todo en el mismo espacio.. La terraza es muy agradable. No está en el mismo centra pero se llega dando un paseo y si no, tiene una estación de metro a 4 minutos. Eche en falta un microondas, pero ya constaba que no lo había y algún cazo .
• Yvonne (10/5): Feel like a nice hotel room with kitchen facilities. - Nice Studio! Love the coffee machine with coffee beans inside. The coffee was delicious! Love the touch of the candy bowl, room fragrance and the indoor plants. The big veranda is amazing unfortunately for us we did not stay long enough to enjoy it for dinner. Very comfy bed, big TV screen. Nothing.

• Ovidiu (10/5): Exceptional - Modern studio is the best studio I ever rented on Booking (and I travel a lot). It is new, very clean and spatious, with comfortable bed and fully furbished kitchen. In the kitchen, I was surprised to find the coffee machine with (unlimited) coffee provideded and a big bag of ice in the freezer. The reason I choose this apartment was the terrace, which was absolutely fantastic to chill in the late evening and take breakfast in the morning. In one word- Amazing!

• Taylan (7/5): Good Value in Central Athens - Like most city centers, the apartment's immediate area has its downsides, but it doesn't feel dangerous. Its central location means you're just a short walk or a very quick metro ride from Syntagma Square. The balcony is a fantastic feature—very spacious and breezy, which is especially welcome on hot days. Key collection was also straightforward and convenient. Here are a couple of areas that could be improved. There was some difficulty with the host's responsiveness, as a few messages, including both new inquiries and replies, seemed to be missed. This could have been due to a busy schedule or missed notifications. Additionally, there was no washing machine or tumble dryer available in the room. It's possible these amenities are located outside the apartment, if available at all. The toilet area is quite compact, which might be a challenge for taller individuals. The door also opens outwards with a push, which could be awkward in a shared living situation.

• Timea (7/5): Good - The apartment was beautifully furnished, nothing was missing, the terrace was great, close to the metro station -during windy days it was unbearable to stay in the room as the iron structure behind the window was banging on the window and it woke us up at night - we do not need much but the owner should really fix this, it was annoying. -the landlord barely wrote back, no interest However, other than that apartment was truly nice and sufficient.

• Krzysztof (10/5): A very enjoyable stay at Modern Studio Apartment B - A very nice, clean and comfortable all-in-one studio in a quiet place. Five minutes walk from Viktoria metro station. Very comfortable double bed. All amenities provided. Very helpful host easily accessible on phone. I fully recommend this self-catering apartment for a short or longer stay in Athens.

• Tatiana (10/5): Amazing! - Excellent apartment! Very cozy, comfortable, perfectly clean and beautiful. Although a room not very big, it has everything you need and in really good condition. The owners literally took care of everything and made absolutely adorable place to stay. I will definitely come back! Also, the building is very close to a metro station and to the centre of a city.

• Dorit (9/5): Very well set up and comfortable! - Modern studio Apartment A is a real find for Athens and a haven in itself. It's really well set up, everything has been thought of, the shower is especially well appointed and there is a lovely veranda. The bed is comfortable, all is very clean, and there are some nice little perks such as a coffee machine which grinds coffee beans, and little cookies to go with it. The best, however, was the host: who is really nice, always available at 10 minutes notice, and was especially helpful with whatever I needed. Thank you! I will be delighted to come again.

The owner was also kind and provided a good taste cake ( I guess it was handmade) and some cookies. The fresh coffee was made by coffee beans. Everything was good. If visit Athens, definitely stay here again. The shower room’s pipe did work so well. But not a big problem.
• Andrea (9/5): Great value for money, strategic location - The Flat is located close to Victoria Station, with easy reach to the center and the local area of Kipseli, so great location. Good transportation connections, and options for food, supermarkets etc. The balcony is great to have, you can chill after a long day exploring. Coffee machine is a great addition. Comfy bed The WIFI tends to be a bit unstable, so bear it in mind if you are a digital nomad. Never for long, but it is a consideration.
• Μαρία (9/5): Superb - Great location and a nice, small but comfortable apartment. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was extremely clean. I couldn't get an internet connection even though the apartment had WiFi. Bathroom was a bit small for someone on the bigger side
• Christos (5/5): Passable - - location central - there is place around to park a car although it's chargable - towels and bedsheets smell good - - At wintertime it is totally cold and air condition it's not working properly, so i got sick - tiny. They created an apartment just for airbnb rental and it is very small for being confortable and fit your staff in ther. For an overnight it is good - We've stayed 2 more times at the same apartment. In a brief period of time price was increased at double!!! For its size and comfort the old price was fair enough. With the new incresing you can find bigger and nicer places in Athens to stay. Sorry :( Plus at summertime we didn't face the topic with a cold apartment - the last time the owner was not responding on time. As a result we asked him something and he brought it shortly before we check out!!! - There is no laundry service as mentioned
