• Mika (8/5): Nice place - Very clean apartment, easy to reach and very close to Monastiraki square and restaurants in Psirri. Mininarket is in the same buildind and good conditoria just 50 meters away.. There is brand new building and great views to Pantheon is gone. Backyard was ugly and full of carbage and mixed building stuff.

• Norman69x (9/5): W pełni polecamy :) - Świetna lokalizacja - bliskosć atrakcji, widok z okien, balkonik, winda, aneks kuchenny. Wyposażenie w tym klimatyzacja, ekspres do kawy. Kontakt z właścicielami. Remont za oknem, ale rozumiem że to stan przejściowy. Brak mikrofalówki, poza tym wszystko ok. Troszkę za wąska kabina prysznicowa ale nawet ja - ponad 192 cm wzrostu dałem radę. To po prostu wynika z budowy i wielkości łazienki.

• Maria (7/5): - Great location with a great view of the Acropolis. The apartment was clean, the kitchen equipped with the most necessary items. Dishwasher and Filter Coffee Machine would have been great, Wi-Fi excellent, and there’s an elevator – very convenient. The area is quite noisy, but with the windows closed, it’s barely noticeable. The entrance to the building looks a bit adventurous at first, but don’t let that put you off – the apartment itself is nice and tidy. Very friendly and helpful communication with the host, which made everything smooth and pleasant. Although described as “luxury,” the furnishings and space are more average – comfortable and practical, but not high-end or luxury. The sofa bed in the living room is a bit firm, but fine for a few nights. Bath respectively shower is really small/narrow and you can hear the showe or toilet flushing though the small window between kitchen and bath. Still, overall, a good city stay with a nice view – just manage your expectations.

• Johann (4/5): Ausblick mit Abstrichen ok., jedoch der Service unter jeder Kritik! - Die Größe des Apartment sowie der direkte ungehinderte Blick zur Acropolis sind das Beste der Unterkunft. Das Interieur des Apartements inkl. Bett ist komfortabel und zweckmäßig. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und der mit einer Glasabtrennung versehene Duschbereich äußerst eng. Trotz des Ausblickes zur Acropolis würde ich diese Unterkunft schon alleine wegen des wirklich verwahrlosten und dreckigen Haushofes, direkt unterhalb des Bakones sowie der unmittelbar angrenzenden Ruinenobjekte keinesfalls mehr buchen. Die Unterkunft mit Luxury zu bezeichnen ist allein deshalb eine maßlose Übertreibung. Obendrauf wurde während unseres 9 tägigen Aufenthaltes selbst auch am Wochenende an einem unmittelbar davor befindlichen Objektzubau Tag und Nacht gearbeitet, wodurch durch Metallschneidemaschinen unüberhörbar starker Lärm und durch Schweißarbeiten insbesondere in der Nacht störendes Aufblitzen wahrnehmbar war. Zusätzlich war das Apartment durch Bauscheinwerfer hell erleuchtet. Die negativste Erfahrung aber haben wir mit der offensichtlichen Vermieterin selbst, welche sich Eirini nannte und ausschließlich per WhatsApp mit uns kommunizierte. Erst nach 5 Nächten, das heißt am 6. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes fragte sie uns ob wir eine Reinigung oder dergleichen bräuchten. Zwischenzeitlich wäre eine Entsorgung des angehäuften Abfalles jeglicher Art sowie ein Hand und Duschtuchwechsel dringendst nötig gewesen. Die Reinigung des Apartenents wurde ohnehin von uns selbst gemacht. Auf unser Verlangen dies zu tun, erklärte sie uns, dass dies erst am 7. Tag, also einen Tag später erfolgen kann, da die Reinigungskraft aus privaten Gründen verhindert wäre. Daraufhin haben wir jegliche weiteren Schritte abgelehnt und die restlichen 3 Tage unsere privaten Strandbadetücher verwendet. Außer dem Blick zur Acropolis, welchen sich die Vermieterin ohnehin fürstlich bezahlen läßt und dem Dach über den Kopf hatte unser 9täger Aufenthalt in diesem Apatement nicht viel mehr zu bieten.

• Alexandros (8/5): - Φοβερή θέα στην Ακρόπολη και πολύ κεντρικό σημείο αν είσαι τουρίστας Αυτό που δηλώνει ένα κατάλυμα οτι έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκιγκ και εννοεί μια φυλασσόμενη αλάνα με έξτρα χρέωση 30€. Στα φίλτρα του Booking βάλαμε προυπόθεση κλειστό ιδιωτικό πάρκιγκ. Το κατάλυμα δεν καλύπτει αυτή την προυπόθεση και ειναι παραπλανητικο. Θα μπορούσαμε να βρούμε καλύτερα καταλύματα σε αυτή την τιμή.
• Maître_Folace (8/5): - La vue est juste époustouflante. Équipements complets et fonctionnels. Bonne literie. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Localisation parfaite quand on veut découvrir Psiri qui est un quartier absolument unique. Il faudrait remplacer "luxury" par "confortable", il faut quand meme avouer que ce terme n’est pas réaliste. Le logement est complet et propre mais l’accès a l’immeuble n’est pas engageant.
• Panagiotis (9/5): - Sehr netter Vermieter der bei Fragen oder Probleme hilfsbereit zur Seite steht. Super Sicht auf die Akropolis und zentral gelegen. Die Metro ist Fussläufig in 5 min erreichbar. Die Suche nach einem Parkplatz war schwierig. Da wir um 15 Uhr angereist sind waren alle Parkplätze bereits belegt.

My tips to another guests - yep - the button above the router should be pressed before you want to shower. I pressed it evening before, but shower got cold shortly.. As I am big guy, shower was bit too small.. but it was minor minus. I loved staying here a lot.
• José (10/5): Magnificen stay in Athens - The Acropolis view is insane ! Staff was very helpful and kind. Better than some hotels, the price is very okay, in the center of the city with easy access to metro station for airport connection. Only thing most disappointing was the hot water reservoir, it has to be small because with 2 people taking a douche, hot water was never enough. We had to be quick... but it's normal and we shouldn't blame owner because it's only our habits in our original country otherwise have long douche.

Responsive and kind owner. Had issues with the hot water on the first day. Even though turned on the water was so cold. Couldn’t get the door unlocked as you need to turn the key the amount of times you’ve turned it, to lock it. Felt bad as contacted the owner quite late in the night but it took us so long to get in the front door. Owner responded straight away and was always responsive. Shower is narrow. This wouldn’t deter me from booking again though as the comfort and view outweighs this.

The view of Acropolis is exactly the same shown in pictures. We will definitely going to stay here again not only bcoz of view but the way of hosting and checking with us time to time if we need anything or all good with stay which was commendable.

Even so, the apartment is still quiet and provides a comfortable escape from the hustle and bustle of Athens. The hosts also went out of their way to accommodate us and help find a babysitter so we could go on a date night.

Although the apartment is right in the center of Athens, it is very quiet. Car Parking nearby was also very convenient. For a short stay it was OK but the Shower and bathroom are tiny. Other than that, it was perfect. Although the area might look shady (With graffiti on the walls everywhere), it is an extremely safe neighborhood (Turned out these graffiti walls are a representation of the city's artistic talent :-)).

• Wei (10/5): Strongly recommend. - 2+1 for 3 nihts. 1. The view outside window and door is quite unique for Athens tourism. 2. To clarify, I had stayed in other hotels in Athens, this apartment is far from street noise. We slept well every night. 3. Good for shoping, to historic sites. Room is comfortble and clean. Things you may like to know: 1. Believe me, The whole area is too challenging for car parking. I parked in Κραναού 4-6 for 10 eurs per day with 5 min walking. Nearest parking charge 20. 2. Bath place is not big. personally I have no isssues for this. 3. I collected key from drop box when checkin and dropped it when check out. I like it too. Not really. We like it.
