• Hance (9/5): Fantastic location- close to everything, inclusions excellent and very comfortable. - I loved the location of the property- fantastic! Close to everything. Loved all the amenities in the apartment- great washer and dryer. 2 bathrooms allowed 2 couples to have a bathroom each which was great for our privacy. Loved the kitchen and balcony- everything needed was included in the kitchen and bathrooms.

• David (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Canberra. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the city centre, restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The space was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Canberra! Nothing

Heating in the master bedroom was inefficient and the second bedroom was a bit cramped with the large shelving unit on one wall.

• Karen (9/5): Great unit and location - The unit was in a great location. Easy walk to Floriade and city centre. It was also quiet at night. The unit itself was lovely - very comfortable with everything you could want. Would definitely stay here again. Light rail construction has closed some roads nearby, which confused our GPS. There are a number of stairs once inside the unit, which we hadn't realised on booking (equivalent of a 2 storey home - but in a split level layout). Neither of the above stopped our enjoyment of the unit or its location.

• Blair (9/5): Excellent spot to stay in Canberra for work visiting ANU or on a holidsy. - We loved the beautiful spaces, being on two levels, the location near so many wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars and all the attention to detail. It was a little hard to warm up due to the extreme cold when we were in Canberra.
• Katie (8/5): Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a beautifully presented apartment - The apartment was absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms, which made our stay much more comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals.. Both bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. The overall aparentment had a lovely feel to it. The apartment was quite cold during our stay. Although the split system air conditioner ran overnight, the main living area was still chilly in the morning. Thankfully, the bedrooms had additional gas heaters, which made them very cosy. This probably wouldn’t be an issue in summer, but it is something to be aware of in cooler months. We also noticed a few maintenance issues that could benefit from attention. One of the stair banisters was loose, which was concerning for safety, particularly as my mum almost slipped when she tried to hold onto it. The bed frame in the second bedroom was also unstable, and a couple of the hand towel rails in the bathroom were wobbly. A quick DIY check and repair of these small details would really elevate the overall experience.
• Simone (9/5): Comfortable home base - Location was good and the instructions made it easy getting in and out. It was really clean and comfortable. There were quite a few general maintenance things that need attention. Such as wobbly staircase railings, damaged skirtings and wobbly handles in the bathrooms etc. In general it didn't affect the stay.

• Sylvia (9/5): - Prima appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Op korte loopafstand winkels en restaurants. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op een paar auto minuten hiervandaan. De keuken was niet goed schoon. Vingerafdrukken op de koelkast en kasten. Ook de buitenkant van de prullenbak was lang niet gedaan. Ik heb dit doorgeven aan de eigenaar, maar die gaf aan het door te geven aan de schoonmaak. Verder werd er geen oplossing aangeboden.

The apartment was neat and clean and I have no other bad experiences with it. Not having hot water during such a cold time is a real downer though.

Also enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor giant chess set. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. No negatives.

A little too far from city centre to walk a couple of times a day but I knew this.

Very minor things - 2 fittings in bathroom broken, door on en-suite shower broken, & cold tap in en-suite fell off & light in kitchen exhaust didn’t work. These are all minor things, but I could have rated it 10/10 if these were fixed. A lovely apartment.

The welcome email from the host with full instructions for entry and everything needed to know to make the stay more enjoyable. There was nothing not to like.

Apartment certainly lived up to it's description as it was both spacious and sun-drenched (when the sun was shining!) Liked all the little homey extras like the guest leftovers in the pantry, the extra blankets and bedroom heaters, the books and games. Liked the pool too, although I didn't get a chance to use it. Being able to do a bit of laundry and hang out on sunny balcony was a bonus! Needs a bit of maintenance - a few little things like * Handrails on stairs were wobbly and loose *Ensuite toilet seat was loose and unconnected on one side and actually came off during our stay! I put the detached screws in a box next to the toilet. Cold shower knob also fell off repeatedly when turned as it was not attached properly. *Other toilet had flushing problems. Also the towel rails and toilet roll holders were very loose and the toilet rolls slipped off! *I understood why we had to take our shoes off at the door, but it was a bit annoying!

Easy to find with clear instructions on gaining entry. Clean and well equipped. The shower door in the en suite seemed jammed. Contacted the owner who replied quickly stating they would investigate. There's a second shower but a little annoying. The extraction fans in both bathrooms could do with a clean.

The apartment is very spacious, light and airy and in a perfect location for visiting Canberra. It was so quiet considering it is in the centre of the city. Sorry we could not stay longer!

The beds are super comfy and it’s in a great location close to everything. Nothing except unfortunately the cleaners had not been in. However our host was really accommodating and immediately offered us a discount or another apartment. We chose to stay anyway and clean up ourselves and receive a part refund, it was all sorted out very quickly and efficiently which x we appreciated.
