James (1/5): Do not book with Los Angeles Modern Studio. - I was never able to set foot on the property, the host immediately cancelled after charging me. I didn’t like how the host accepted my booking request and cancelled it suddenly which left me stranded on New Year’s Eve when there was almost no other availability at other places.

Rebecca (1/5): IT WAS TERRIBLE! - Not a thing! When I arrived it was NOT CLEAN! The shower was backed up with old water! I was not able to shower! The washer/dryer washed ok, but the dryer did not dry! The owner or “host” only messaged if I parked in the drive way! He never messaged me back about how dirty the place was. All in all TERRIBLE!
