- Shaun (3/5): Poor - Overall the location of the property is good and it was clean. The collection of the keys was terrible, the phone numbers given did not go through. We had roaming, but no data. When discussing this with the rental agent, they handled this in a very rude manner. We in fact had to stay at a hotel for the first night, as we could not get the keys. Did ask for a refund for that night, but was rudely declined. I was very sick at the time and did not feel like this disruption, as we had traveled really far that day and we were also traveling with our children. All and all, I would not go back.
