• Lammert (7/5): Mooi uitzicht maar teveel voor ouderen - Mooie locatie met uitzicht op zee en palmbomen etc. Ruime en schone kamers. Bedden sliepen prima, heerlijke ruime douche, goede airco. Uitgebreid ontbijt met zowel binnen- als buitenruimte. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en bij de balie deden ze erg hun best om een betere kamer voor ons te regelen Onze kamer klopte niet met de beschrijving op booking.com en de website van het hotel zelf, met name de foto’s van de kamers met zij-zeezicht zijn misleidend. Het hotel is verder erg gericht op ouderen. Het personeel in het restaurant is soms te amicaal. De buffetruimte is ongezellig. Er zijn veel wilde katten op het terrein, dit is onhygiënisch en ze janken soms ook hinderlijk. Door de tegelvloeren etc is het hotel (vooral op de gangen) vrij gehorig. De schoonmaaksters mogen daar met hun karren wel wat meer rekening mee houden.

• Laurence (3/5): Nowhere near as good as our usual hotel in Adeje, the Jardin Tropical - Breakfast and location both fine Hotel has been built cheaply to accomodate as many people as possible. Room was large enough but sparsely and cheaply furnished. Main problem was lack of soundproofing between rooms. We had a baby crying most of the night in the room nextdoor and whilst feeling sorry for the poor parents trying to comfort the child, the rooms should be sound proofed properly.

• Riccardo (8/5): Très bon hôtel, où on mange bien avec un personnel très gentil - Le buffet copieux, petit déjeuner complet, belles piscines, calme Les portes qui claquent très fort. Tôt le matin, quand les gens partent, les portes se ferment automatiquement et font un grand bruit qui réveille tout le monde. La porte n’est pas bien isolée, elle n’arrête pas les bruits de l’extérieur. Aussi, les chariots des employés de nettoyage qui passent tôt le matin dans les couloirs, sur un sol carrelé, dont les roulettes font beaucoup de bruit en passant sur les joints des carreaux.

• Vladimir (8/5): It could be better for such high price. - Surroundings are nice, facilities are fine. I like how easy to reach the beach, and the 1-level rooms with terraces are also nice. Also the view from the room is good. Don't really like the beds, two single beds together instead normal king size, we ended each night with a hope between beds. Dinners and breakfasts could be better, it's not really tasty TBH, there are a lot of food, but it doesn't seem really fresh and it's hard to pick up something good. On Cyprus/Turkey I had way better experience with food. And spa is really bad, no sauna :(

• Laura (8/5): - Hotel all crew amazing team, thank you! Unfortunately, I was quite dissatisfied due to the noise levels outside my room. Early in the morning, hotel staff were repeatedly moving trolleys back and forth along the corridor. The sound was particularly loud and disruptive, likely because the floor tiles in the hallway are not properly connected, which amplifies the noise significantly. This made it difficult to rest and affected the overall comfort of my stay. I hope you can look into this issue and consider solutions to reduce noise levels in the corridors, especially during early hours. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The facilities are beautiful—the building and pools are very well maintained and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of good-quality options. Cons: One major downside was the hotel’s strict policy regarding water. Guests are required to purchase bottled water from the hotel, as they claim tap water is not potable. Even when paying for half board (breakfast and dinner buffets), water is not included at dinner. We found it particularly frustrating that we were not allowed to bring our own water—even when traveling with a baby—and were instead required to buy theirs. Additionally, while the staff were very kind, they appeared quite overworked at times. Note for families: The hotel can be quite noisy, which may not be ideal if you’re traveling with a baby or looking for a quieter, more restful environment.

View from high floor, best rooms sea view 5th floor. There is a complete lack of sockets, none near mirror, none in courtesy room, none in gym changing rooms ?? Only one courtesy room per the whole hotel so if it’s booked charged 20 euros per hour to keep room! Should be courtesy bottled water in room and better coffee for a five star hotel. Water price ridiculous. Staff at Sunshine Pool exceptional. Tables too close together in restaurant, crammed in, so busy. Lack of communication from hotel prior to arrival when sending queries

La promenade en bord de mer est très agréable. Les infrastructures sont excellentes, avec plusieurs piscines et bars proposant des snacks. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable Petit bémol : j’aurais préféré un grand lit plutôt que deux lits simples collés mais c'est un détail.

In piscina c'è attenzione solo verso le consumazioni il servizio hai tavoli la sera a cena da struttura nettamente al di sotto delle 5 stelle Inoltre la sera lo spettacolo alle 22.00 termina e la sera del veglione alle 01.30 era tutto finito e lo spettacolo era nettamente al di sotto del pagato. Non c'è servizio se non chiedi non è un Cinque stelle se non chiedi. Il mio soggiorno di 7 GG è stato clamorosamente al di sotto di quanto pagato 4 persone 11.500,00 e 500.00 euro di Extra ci sono rimasto male. Non ci torno più e mi dispiace perché Tenerife mi piace molto.

Door handle can be opened when lock is on. Not safe with small children. Needs a chain or function higher up to lock door for safety.
