La atención del personal es de lo mejor, siempre atentos a brindar lo mejor de ellos, un reconocimiento especial para Josué, la recepcionista de sonrisa bonita y todo el personal que nos brindaron su mejor atención. Sin herir susceptibilidades, lo mejor de Santiago de Tolú es el Oasis Tolú Hotel Boutique. La no coordinación de información entre el Hotel y el personal de la agencia de Tour hacia las islas, pues el hotel señaló el valor del Tour hacia las islas, como costo de temporada alta, siendo sábado previo a Semana Santa, sin embargo, al estar en la agencia turística alguien interesado preguntó los costos del plan, a quién le precisaron que aún tenían los valores de temporada baja, los cuales irían hasta el martes santo al mediodía, pues que para ellos a partir de ese momento inicia la Semana Santa y por tanto la temporada alta.

Resalto la gran atención brindada por la administradora, es una persona excepcional. Sin duda volveremos.

La comida, la cercanía al malecón, el personal que trabaja allí es muy amable, simpáticos todos y muy colaboradores, la piscina y las habitaciones impecables! Una estadía insuperable! L'hôtel porte très bien son nom puisque c'est un Oasis véritable. Car en ouvrant la porte pour sortir on se retrouve dans un monde de pauvreté extrême. Des détritus couvrent les rues. Et les motos filent à vive allure. !

• Katarzyna (10/5): An Oasis of peace - the hotel to stay on Tolu - This is a little gem of a hotel, centrally located in Tolu, yet feels very quiet and private. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, with good air conditioning and warm showers, great pool with a bar to chill out at the end of the day. Hotel’s biggest asset is its great staff who make you feel very welcome and are very helpful and skilled in organising whatever you may need. Very professional and kind team. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
• Hugo (9/5): Modern, clean and quiet hotel to stay...I would be back if I am in the area. - It's a beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Tolu, close to the harbor and the main square. To me, the hotel itself was the highlight of my stay in Tolu. The place sports clean, modern, and quiet facilities that are ideal for someone who would like to disconnect from the noise of the city. The staff was diligent, and although they charged me 1.5 for the room, they were able to amend the mistake in a fast manner. I would definitely stay again. Their payment system should reflect pre-payments better so you don't get a double payment. Also for international travellers, you are not supposed to be charged VAT, which they did. Many other hotels in Colombia don't which makes the life of foreign travelers easy.
• Arne (9/5): A lovely oasis in the middle of Tolú - It truly was an Oasis, away from all the sound and chaos in Tolú town there is this oasis. So nice 😊 The rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable, nice view over the pool area. The staff are so helpful and lovely. The pool area is big, and includes a jacuzzi. The breakfast was a nice Colombian breakfast with fruits, bread, eggs, juice, coffee. I would definitely recommend this great hotel to anyone visiting Tolú. .
• Felipe (7/5): Quite and relaxing hosting - Comfortable place for resting, It's 2 blocks from the closer beach and it was good. It was clean and accurate as describen in the pictures. It's quite and calm, relaxing and with good style and design. The check-in was late, we needed to wait for more than 1 hour to get the room. The service can be improved a lot. There was not cocktails in the night and only michelada available, we needed to go outside for looking for a cocktail.
• Lorraine (10/5): A gem in the middle of Tolu. Very clean with a great pool. - A very relaxing place to stay, an oasis for sure. Beautiful gardens and very helpful owners/partners who couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was good but other meals you have to order in or go out and experience Tolu restaurants on the Malecon. The beds were a little hard for my liking but not so much that I couldn’t sleep well. Not a lot to do in Tolu, most of the tourists are Colombian, so makes for an authentic experience.

• Irene (10/5): Brand new familiar hotel with the charm of Caribbean architecture - Typical breakfast was sufficient and fairly good. Location, just two blocks from the port is excellent for those who take the boat to the gulf islands. A chair and table in the room would be a good idea
