- Tiago (5/5): Disappointed - Very nice and helpful lady working in the laundry room. The breakfast was ridiculous both in offering and, specially, in the location. It’s basically an opening in the corridor with a couple of tables. Also, no one in the building knew about the existence and location of your hotel

Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und die Betten sehr bequem.Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel, daher hat alles gepasst. Das Frühstücksbuffet in einem fensterlosen Raum fand ich etwas seltsam. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem riesigen Gebäudekomplex und ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Um das Hotel herum gibt es nicht so viel, aber die Metro kann man zu Fuß erreichen.

- Reinier (1/5): - The only thing I liked was the fact that they returned my fee as soon as I complained. The rooms did not have the views they promised in the reservation..the window were high, not cleaned and views to a back patio of other neighbors. The elevator broke and when I complained about the quality of the room they gave me a stinky room that I rejected all together. The place is not as advertised.

- Elena (6/5): Это мрак - Месторасположение хорошее. На этом все. Номер без окна - к этому мы были готовы. Но верхний свет не работал совсем. Только тусклые светильники. Полумрак. В душе и туалете темно. Только подсветка за унитазом… Все время в темноте. Днем и ночью. Плюс влажность в номере и духота. При включении кондиционера - жуткая вонь сигаретами. В последнюю ночь особенно это было ужасно. Воняло сигаретами. Кто-то курил и климат-контроль это все в номер тянул. Но если его выключить - невозможная сырость. Завтрак скудный. Кофе только 1 вид. Пить невозможно. Все засаленное в столовой, не протертое, в руки брать страшно. Кончился чай за полчаса до конца времени завтрака - никто и не парился. Персонал по-английски не говорит. Да и через переводчик очень туго. Даже слово «метро» или «subway” никто не понимает!
- NANAKO (10/5): - 子供と一緒に2泊しました！ 受付のお姉さんたちはとても優しく、明るく親切に出迎えてくれました。 出かけていてあまり食べられなかったのですが、なんと朝、昼、夜3食用意されています。 夜はお粥など簡単なものなようです。 宿泊中はwechatで会話することができ、かなり早く返事をくれます。 部屋で足りなくなったものがあればすぐに笑顔で届けてくれて、出先からでも連絡が取れます。 配送センターのような設備があり、事前にタオバオなどで買ったものを送っておくときちんと管理しておいてもらえます。 部屋は東京のホテルと同レベルで綺麗です。 ホテルの前にはいつもタクシーが待機していて、電車の駅も近いので交通も便利です。 利用しませんでしたが、クリーニングを無料でしてくれるサービスもあるようでした。 すごく良いホテルでした。また深圳に遊びに行く際は泊まらせていただこうかと思います。

Va bene ma dovevano scriverlo quando hanno acetato la mia richiesta , poi quando sono arrivato il primo giorno mi hanno fatto pagare 130 e qualcosa CYN perché secondo loro quello che avevo pagato in line era solo in deposito che poi me lo ridanno , vedremo , ma per me le cose non si dicono chiaramente prima de fare la prenotazione, io non potrei raccomandare questo albergo per questo è alto motivo che meglio non sto a dire , grazie

Par contre, le personnel n’ - Propreté et équipements (chargeur, thés, brosses à dents, peignoir etc. Le personnel n’indiquait pas clairement où se trouvait le lieu pour le petit déjeuner, il fallait chercher soit même et ce qui m’a fait perdre 30 min un matin.

My room was only about 45 USD and it included breakfast, lunch and dinner, great location to the city centre and train station a 3 minute walk away. Ended up staying another night when i only planned to stay for 1. My room didnt have a view but the terrace was nice enough for it to be fine, and i expected this as i got the cheapest room. Sure there were some cracks in the walls, but its nothing i wouldn't expect for the price.

- Ponkratov (1/5): - Удобное местоположение, выставка в шаговой доступности Ужасные запахи на ресепшене, номера грязные, постоянно на полу была вода которая не понятно откуда бралась, в номере не было холодильника, на ресепшене сказали продукты ложить в холодильник возле ресепшена. На террасе во внутреннем дворике ужасный запах от столовой которая находилась прямо за заборчиком, полная антисанитария, а так же на террасе жила мышь. Это самый ужасный отель в котором я когда нибудь останавливался в Китае. В этот отель я больше никогда не вернусь. И никому не посоветую.

Les taches d’humidité dans la chambre sur les murs, de la moisissure sur les joints du lavabo, le « balcon » qui n’est pas un balcon mais un dépose moteur de Clim, le bruit du moteur de la Clim, la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas on a dû éteindre via la télé. Le petit dej franchement j’ai même pas les mots, pas de chocolat, pas de jus rien. Nous avons eu une serviette troué également pour un hôtel c’est pas très pro. Donc franchement niveau prix on a eu des hôtels bien plus équipé et pour bien moins chère.

- 鈺雯 (4/5): 糟糕，沒住過前台服務這麼差的酒店。 - 位置還算方便吧 前台非常不靠譜！ 1.特意加價訂購了無菸房，結果一進房就聞到煙味，請前台換房，說會讓阿姨過來看，等半小時沒人來。 2.抵達前傳訊息給前台交代了會有包裹需要代收，結果跟快遞員說不能收件。 3.把包裹放前台，交代了一小時內會有快遞過來取貨，快遞來取前台卻說沒有這個包裹，態度還一點不積極不在意。回酒店一看包裹明明原封不動就在前台。第二天又重新請快遞來取，前台還是說沒有⋯幸好快遞看了照片自己找到。快遞取貨了我下樓確認，前台連拿走了也不知道。從頭到尾對顧客的事完全不上心。 The front desk is extremely unreliable! 1. I specifically paid extra to book a non-smoking room, but as soon as I entered, I smelled smoke. I asked the front desk to change my room, and they said they would send someone to check. I waited for half an hour and no one came. 2. Before arrival, I sent a message to the front desk to inform them there would be a package that needed to be received on my behalf. However, they told the courier they couldn’t accept it. 3. I left a package at the front desk and told them a courier would come to pick it up within an hour. When the courier arrived, the front desk said they didn’t have the package and showed no effort or concern. When I returned to the hotel, the package was clearly still sitting there untouched. The next day, I had to arrange the pickup again, and the front desk once more said they didn’t have it. Luckily, the courier recognized it from the photo I sent to him and found it by himself. When the courier had taken the package, I went downstairs to confirm, and the front desk still had no idea it was gone. From start to finish, they showed absolutely no attentiveness to the guest’s matters.

Pictures look perfect, reality is terrible. Everything is broken, dirty and destroyed. Fridge doesn’t work, rooms smell terrible of smoke, everything is dirty beyond cleaning.
