Everything was very clean, tidy, and cozy. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the complimentary treats - wine and snacks were a very thoughtful touch. • Gabriela (9/5): Erholsame Tage am Meer - Das Apartment ist eingebettet in einer wunderschönen, grünen Anlage und nur ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für mehrere Personen und mit zwei Bädern ein echter Luxus. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Zudem ist die Lage sehr ruhig, der Strandabschnitt ein Traum mit netten Restaurants trotz fast Nebensaison waren auch noch ein paar offen. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass wohl eine neue Putzkraft die Wohnung gereinigt hat. Neben Flecken auf den Leintüchern war auch die Küche nicht sauber genug für unsere Ansprüche. Nachdem wir Rosa die Verwalterin darüber informiert hatten, wurde dies aber sofort behoben.

Casa ampia e finemente arredata, dotata di ogni confort (wifi smarttv condizionatori tapparelle elettriche cucina macchina per caffè bollitore ferro da stiro lavatrice lavastoviglie...) Proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino del formaggio e dell'uva. E' stata proprio una vacanza da sogno

• Jennifer (10/5): Beautiful Oasis - It was the perfect vacation feel. The property and facilities (pool and beach access) were ideal. Great to have free on street parking and a very nice beach bar just across the property. The home is very comfortable and spacious. Rosa met us to exchange keys, walk us through the property and even left us some wine and cheese which was a lovely touch. We absolutely loved our stay and felt so at home there. We will definitely book again. Nothing!
• Zoe (10/5): A lovely, spontaneous, relaxing break in a beautiful apartment - Beautiful, spacious property; just like the photos and fully equipped with everything you could need. Home from home and perfect for a family vacation. Rosa checked us in and she is amazing. A carrefour supermarket, a selection of restaurants and a lovely beach club are all within walking distance. It felt like the property was in a fairly quiet residential area; 15 to 20 euros, via Uber, into Marbella Old Town so a car would be handy.

• Lesley (10/5): Excellent apartment in a great location - Fantastic location for the beach and the restaurants/supermarkets in the commercial centre as it’s only a 10 min walk. Loved the balcony for sundowners and the amazing sunsets. The kitchen has lots of helpful stuff like cling film and cooking ingredients which is a major bonus and not often provided. Main bedroom has a very comfy bed and it was beautifully quiet when we were there. Recliners would be nice on the balcony and some smell of smoking in the apartment but nothing major

The sea view from the apartment was brilliant, direct access to the beach , parking was easy , nearby facilities are super . The welcome we had from Rosa was a highlight of our stay and the hosts gift of lovely wine and cheese was unexpected and appreciated . What a lovely gesture . Nothing !

Plenty of lush beac - Beautifully decorated summer apartment with great terrace both covered and open. Two big newly renovated bathrooms and tow big bedrooms. Two bunks as well as two singles in the second bedroom Would make this perfect for families with several kids!
• Stuart (10/5): Great location, excellent apartment - just perfect for families and the most attentive host ever! - The apartment is really big and spacious and has excellent facilities - it was perfect for a family with children. It could quite easily cater for 2 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was big and utility room and laundry facilities were really good. Everything was stocked really well. Two bathrooms were brilliant the wet room format really worked well as people spend time on the beach. The balcony is really lovely too with lots of room to eat out every night and great views over the pool and a sea view. The pool and complex itself were immaculate and beautifully presented and attended. It was also very quiet even though it is right next to the beach and the main highway linking the Costa del Sol towns. The location itself was perfect as the gate from the complex leads right onto the beach next to beach bars great beach facilities. For anyone with cars all the roads nearby have no parking restrictions which was really helpful. I can't leave the review though without mentioning the host who was just wonderful from the moment we booked and really helped answer any Qs and guided us through the whole booking process and helped us with car hire questions and key collections no end. Brilliant place! Nothing - it was perfect!

Our host Reyes was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The place is kept beautifully and was immaculately clean. Would not hesitate to recommend! Nothing, it was perfect for us all.
