Or it will cost your mental and physical health. The owners cancelled my booking after I complained and gave no apology or explanation because they knew it is a scam. Don’t give these scammers your money; they’ll ruin your trip and your life. This place was absolutely terrible. I BOOKED IT and PAID for 30 NIGHTS AND STAYED NONE = 0. I have used booking.com for years but I NEVER come back to what causes me such pain in my soul, therefore will never use this Booking.com again. I didn’t even stay one night in this Ratonera because was filthy and completely unfit for human habitation. They used several Air fresheners to mask the disgusting smell of damp among others. The owners cancelled my booking after I complained and asked for a refund and they didn’t say a word, offer a single apology or explanation and of course, declined my refund. It’s clear they’re fully aware of the property’s condition and continue to advertise it deceptively. This feels like a coordinated scam, and it’s disappointing that Booking.com allows this listing to remain online. So I could never use this app again as I can’t book without thinking they will scam. AVOID if you want peace in your life and heart. I believe bad people get what they deserve sooner or later.
- Peter (8/5): Happy with everything. - Good location. All necessary kitchen equipment was available. Good bathroom. Quiet area. Host replied quickly when I had questions and sorted out the issue I had with the bathroom sink and the lock straight away. For the price everything was perfect.
- Maria (5/5): Necesita urgente un poco de amor! le falta mantenimiento para subir la calidad de la propiedad - La ubicación * El pasillo que da acceso al apartamento estaba sucio. * El apartamento por dentro necesita una limpieza profunda.Suban los estandares de limpieza por favor! * Al llegar al apartamento encontramos ropa de cama y toallas dentro de la lavadora. * El apartamento en general necesita TLC ( le hace falta cariño, mantenimiento).Tiene muy malos acabamientos. * La parte de abajo de la cama estaba separada de la cama, necesita reparacion.

- Larahna (10/5): convenient studio. - the location was easy to find and easy to check in and out. I was glad that there was a washing machine in the unit. Inside the building, in the hallway in front of the unit, it was m littered with leaves and old mail and it felt a little bit uncomfortable initially because of that. it is within walking distance of the Stratford train stations.
