• Angélica (10/5): Excelente, poco que mejorar - Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado, la ubicación es muy buena pues queda en el centro cerca de todo. Tienen varios implementos super útiles: secador de pelo, plancha de ropa, te, café, shampoo, etc,etc. El baño no tiene ventilación, se llena de vapor y malos olores, el soporte de la ducha está suelto lo que hace que el chorro de agua se desajuste y salte agua por todos lados

• Isabel (7/5): Absolutely abysmal check in process. - The bedsit was clean and as the pictures. Smash kitchen which would be perfectly adequate to cook meals. Good shower. Comfy bed. Secure, gated parking. The check in process was absolutely abysmal. We arrived at the apartments and the reception lady kindly phoned the number on our booking reservation and spoke to the host. The host said there was no booking. I spoke to her and gave her our booking number. She said there was no booking. The receptionist was exceedingly helpful and also phoned the management for the block. They couldn’t really help as they don’t deal with the bookings. Receptionist tried the host again and the host just hung up on them! We were on the verge of having to go and find accommodation elsewhere as this had so far taken about an hour, when the reception phone rang and it was the host telling me to check my WhatsApp messages. Suddenly there were a string of messages with check in details. From that point on it was straight toward. Abysmal way to treat customers. No apology for any confusion. Nothing. WhatsApp messages with check in details should be sent the night before check in, not an hour after you’ve arrived and been told you don’t have a reservation!! Customer service absolutely a zero.
