Duża akustyka pomiędzy poziomami apartamentu, osoby nocujące na dole mocno słyszały nawet zwykle chodzenie po górnych pokojach co było dla nich niekomfortowe.

• chantal (7/5): séjour agréable - nous avons passé un excellent séjour. le gros point fort du logement est sa proximité immédiate avec la bouche de métro, ce qui rend les déplacements dans Barcelone extrêmement simples et rapides. l'appartement est également très bien équipé, on ne manque de rien pour se sentir comme a la maison . le seul bémol concerne l'insonorisation des fenêtres qui est un peu légère. Cependant, comme la rue est très peu passante la nuit, il y a finalement peu de circulation et nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit pour dormir La sécurité dans la salle de bain : le sol de la douche est extrêmement glissant dès qu'il est mouillé. Le manque de réapprovisionnement: il dispose d'une armoire au sous sol pour on peut ce réapprovisionné en produit de premier nécessité mais a notre grand surprise papier toilette et autre était vide plusieurs jour . j'ai contacté le service client qui s'est excusé, mais malheureusement, nous n'avons jamais été réapprovisionnés durant le séjour . j'ai transmis des suggestions au propriétaire en espérant que ces point soient corrigés pour les prochains voyageurs

• Rob (9/5): Geweldig! - Fantastisch appartement met een goed bereikbare parkeergarage en op twee minuten lopen van metrostation Lesseps dat je in een paar haltes in het centrum brengt. Rustige buurt met een onderbelicht huis van Gaudi in de buurt. Het heeft heerlijke bedden en een fantastisch balkon. Niet goedkoop maar echt geweldig. Keukengerei blijft vaak een probleem in appartementen. Dat is niet uitgebreid.

Ναι μεν είχε αρκετές για τετραμελή οικογένεια όμως δεν ήταν καθόλου καθαρές. Σαν να μην είχαν πλυθεί ποτέ. Επίσης οι μαξιλαροθήκες θέλουν αλλαγή. Φαίνονται πολυκαιρισμένα. Κατά τα άλλα όλα ήταν 👍

La qualité du logement et la beauté du séjour avec sa grande baie vitrée. Les commodités comme les serviettes, draps, café et autres petites attentions essentielles. Le garage même s’il était vraiment étroit (non-pilotes, s’abstenir). Rien de spécial si ce n’est les voisins un peu trop portés sur le cannabis (odeurs).

The reservation had been fully paid since September 2025, intentionally made well in advance, as I was aware that accommodation demand would be extremely high during the ISC exhibition in Barcelona. For this reason, I consider this cancellation to be highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Cancelling a confirmed and prepaid reservation at such a critical moment, without providing effective assistance or a reasonable alternative, caused significant stress and seriously disrupted my trip. Reliability and honoring confirmed bookings should be a fundamental standard in the accommodation industry — which, in this case, clearly failed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this accommodation, especially to travelers attending major events or those who require certainty with fixed travel dates.

• Darina (10/5): - The apartment is in a great spot—very close to the M3 metro line and only a 15-minute walk to Park Güell. Accessing both the building and the apartment was incredibly easy. A huge advantage is the keyless entry system; using a code instead of a physical key gave our group the independence to come and go separately without any hassle. Inside, the apartment was spotlessly clean, with soft towels and provided toiletries. Having two bathrooms turned out to be an exceptional advantage for our stay.

Utilissimi lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Numerosi negozi utilissimi e un forno del pane proprio appena fuori dall'edificio. La pulizia può essere migliorata. Ci sono dei piccoli lavoretti da fare per i pavimenti e i bagni. Avremmo preferito avere più canali a dispozione nella TV.

• elisa (4/5): - La disponibilità del servizio clienti nonostante ci abbiano cambiato la location tre giorni prima della partenza. Appena arrivati ci ha accolto un buon profumo che una volta svanito ha lasciato spazio ad una terribile puzza. La cucina era veramente sporca. Non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua. I letti erano talmente incastrati tra le pareti che salire e scendere era da acrobati. L'appartamento situato al terzo piano senza ascensore era raggiungibile da una scala molto ripida larga circa 60 cm, purtroppo cieca e una luce delle varie rampe non funzionava. Fortunatamente i pub nella strada sottostante non facevano troppo baccano di notte.

• Caterina (9/5): Ottima soluzione per visitare Barcellona - Appartamento molto bello, comodo per 4 persone, pulito e ben equipaggiato, con due comodi bagni e con grandi vetrate che permettono una piacevole vista sulla città. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla metro e vicinissima al parco guell. L'appartamento è in una struttura Numa non presidiata, con facile accesso tramite codice o app (no chiavi). Il supporto è fornito tramite app e mediato da un chatbox che prova a fornire supporto di base ed eventualmente sottopone all'assistenza la richiesta. L'ho trovato un pò alienante e poco efficiente, pur comprendendo che possa aiutare a gestire tante richieste. Suggerirei di consentire una maggiore flessibilità nella composizione del box colazione (c'è l'opzione di farsi recapitare alla porta un box colazione) permettendo agli ospiti di scegliere cosa preferiscono tra i prodotti disponibili ed evitare così inutili sprechi.

Bardzo wygodny system zameldowania i wymeldowania. Trochę kleiła się podłoga - nie była umyta. Był ekspres do kawy - nie było kapsułek.

• patricia (3/5): Incómoda sin poder cerrar de forma eficaz la puerta - La localización era buena, y tras un problema con el primer apartamento, la persona que me atendió fue muy amable e intentó solucionarlo todo de la mejor forma posible. Cuando llegamos me doy cuenta de que la puerta NO se podía cerrar desde dentro de ninguna forma, lo que a parte de la sensación de inseguridad que pueda dar, es un caos si vas con niños pequeños, que pueden abrir y cerrar sin que te des cuenta y cada vez que quieran. Podrían salir de casa solos en cualquier momento. Después de hablar con ellos, concretamente con una persona que me dio un trato exquisito, nos cambiaron al apartamento de al lado, que sí tenía "una especie de cerradura" nos dijeron. Para mi sorpresa, cuando la vimos, era como los aparatos de seguridad que se ponen en las puertas para que los niños no las abran (pero con él quedaba la puerta abierta ya que el tope no era normal) por lo que aunque había algo para no abrir del todo la puerta, no daba ninguna sensación de seguridad. Nos quedamos porque eran dos días y teníamos citas médicas con el peque, pero si hubiera sido una estancia más larga, no nos hubiéramos quedado, y por supuesto es un sitio al que no volver. Sé que poner "no se puede cerrar desde dentro" no sería muy popular, pero es algo imprescindible a saber, sobre todo si viajas con niños

• Ana Beatriz Simões (8/5): A comfortable and family-friendly stay in a calm Barcelona neighborhood. - The apartment is easy to access, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is well equipped, and having everything available through the app or WhatsApp made communication and logistics very smooth during our trip. I highly recommend it for families. The water heater is a bit small. Although the apartment accommodates up to five people, showers need to be planned, as it cannot handle everyone at the same time. With some organization, it’s manageable and not a major issue.
