- Sophia (10/5): Exceptional - Pullman Bayview is by far the best apartment I rented in Malaysia, with an exceptional experience from the time of booking till we checked out. The friendly host got to know it's a family staycation for a special occasion and went the extra mile by gifting us additional mini bar snacks and romantic turn-down service. I love also the ambience of the apartment, which provides a cozy, warm and relaxing feeling as we stepped in and throughout our stay. The apartment is fully equipped as well, so it's a good choice for families opting for long-term stay, with ironing boards, washing machine, hair dryer and more. The kitchen has all you need as well for a simple cooking affair. Lastly, the location of the condo is pretty central, with lots of good cafes/restaurants and popular shopping malls within 5-10 mins drive. Overall, an excellent stay and we felt every needs well taken care of! Nothing, everything was perfect!
- Hong (3/5): Last minute room change is not what we expected. - 2 hours before our arrival time they informed us that the unit aircond was leaking and we cannot check in even we request to collect the unit keys beforehand while allowing them time to get the aircon fixed. They then offered us two other alternatives units which are not to our likings. But we have no choice since we are almost there.

- Li (10/5): Great apartment minus traffic noise - Easy to collect keys, great location, very clean apartment. Host also kindly left some instant noodles, drinks and eggs. Not for light sleepers as apartment is facing main road/high way. Traffic noise is loud at all times of the day.
