• Jonathan (3/5): Isolation phonique - Check-in facile Bruit: Si vous êtes sensible au bruit ne prenez pas les chambres donnant sur la rue: vous avez l’impression de dormir (ou plutôt ne pas dormir) dehors au milieu des scooter, des gens qui crient, des tv, des musiques, aucune isolation phonique. Seule la chambre 1 ne donne pas sur la rue !! Odeur: Problème de canalisation, odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain qui se diffuse dans la chambres

• francesco (9/5): Veloce soggiorno nella capitale del sud - Una bella e ampia stanza dotata di tutti i confort dal climatizzatore al frigo. La stanza è dotata di un ampio bagno molto grande. Chiarissime le istruzioni per il check in in totale autonomia farei curare maggiormente le zone condominiali comuni per rendere l'accoglienza migliore ,ma niente di così negativo tale da pregiudicare il confort globale della stanza

• Federico (10/5): - Per chi lavora al Teatro San Ferdinando è una location perfetta, letteralmente a due passi dal Teatro. Stanza pulitissima, letti di qualità e servizio di pulizia in camera anche tra una notte e l'altra inaspettatamente. un po' di puzza di fogna nel bagno della camera ma temo che si tratti degli scarichi.

• Andrea (8/5): - Camera e servizi ottimi e Danila molto gentile. Abbiamo trovato 3 asciugamani a testa, sapone e bagnoschiuma, condizionatore e anche una copertina morbida se si ha freddo. Trovate anche la macchinetta del caffè e il refill di acqua fresca insieme ai bicchieri, molto comodo. La camera di trova a 10 minuti dalla metro Cavour quindi ci si può spostare abbastanza bene Unico vero problema erano i rumori esterni, anche con la finestra chiusa si sentivano tanto infatti abbiamo avuto difficoltà a dormire. Premetto però che era sabato sera quindi con più casino del solito

L'atmosfera è super romantica, davvero il posto perfetto per una coppia che vuole staccare la spina. La camera è stupenda ("clamorosa" è la parola giusta!), ma il vero valore aggiunto è stata Dalila: bravissima, gentile e super disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Gilda (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico, perfetto per una coppia. Camera stupenda vicina al centro. Host disponibile - Soggiorno fantastico sotto ogni punto di vista! Raggiungere l’appartamento partendo dalla stazione centrale di Napoli è stato facilissimo e abbiamo impiegato poco più di dieci minuti a piedi. La procedura del check in è stata semplice, complice il fatto di aver ricevuto istruzioni chiare e ben dettagliate. La camera è un piccolo gioiello, il letto era comodo, il bagno grande e spazioso, una grande televisione orientabile e visionabile sia dal letto che dalla vasca. Dall’appartamento si può raggiungere Via dei Tribunali in circa dieci minuti. L’host è stata super disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta, ci ha risposto anche a tarda ora ed è sempre stata gentile e cordiale, simbolo della leggendaria ospitalità e accoglienza napoletana. Come sempre questa città ci ruba il cuore con la sua bellezza! Torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura, siamo stati divinamente. È stato tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo vivamente a chiunque di alloggiare qui se si è in cerca di relax pur rimanendo nel centro di una delle città più belle al mondo!
• Sarah (7/5): Un bon séjour - Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La chambre est bien agencée, le jacuzzi est un véritable atout après une longue journée à marcher dans les rues de Naples. La proximité de la gare et du port est appréciable et permet d'aller partout. La propriétaire est arrangeante et le check-in/out autonomes sont un plus. Les instructions sont très claires et envoyées via WhatsApp avec des messages et des vidéos explicatives. Il a été possible que nous laissions nos bagages avant l'heure officielle d'arrivée. Le bruit de la rue depuis la chambre est vraiment désagréable, nous avions l'impression que les fenêtres étaient ouvertes alors qu'elles ne l'étaient pas. Tous les bruits de la rue (klaxons, voitures, personnes qui parlent) sont audibles en direct depuis la chambre. L'isolation n'est pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons retrouvé des chaussettes sales sous le lit qui n'étaient pas à nous.

Wygodne były zewnętrzne rolety zapewniające wyciszenie i ochrone przed porannym słońcem. Wygodne było posiadanie czajnika w pokoju. Wygodny system wejścia na kod lub klucz tradycyjny. W łazience niezbyt ładnie pachniało [ pewnie wina starego budownictwa ale po nocy było mocniej czuć. ] Klatka schodowa nieco zaniedbana, ale samo mieszkanie już bardzo ładne.

• Elena (10/5): - La stanza era accogliente e spaziosa , con idromassaggio annesso e super schermo TV per rilassarsi finché sei immerso in acqua. Letto comodo e stanza insonorizzata. Ma soprattutto proprietaria del BnB super disponibile in tutte le nostre richieste e sempre pronta a darci una mano, come ad esempio a fare il check in anticipato e il check out posticipato, dandoci anche la possibilità di lasciare lì gli zaini! Anche Donatella, la ragazza delle pulizie, è stata impeccabile. Grazie per averci reso il soggiorno perfetto 🤍

Pas mon quartier préféré de Napoli, mais sympa tout de même, très authentique. La déco de la suite est un peu froide mais chacun ses goûts.

• 永田 (9/5): Buonissimo! - とても清潔で快適に過ごせました！ チェックインの仕方を丁寧に教えていただきました。 メッセージのやり取りもスムーズで好感が持てます。 日本人は他の国の方々よりも宿泊施設の清潔さを求めていると思いますが、ここは全ての日本人が綺麗だと感じるでしょう。 1人につき2枚の大小のタオルがあり、ドライヤーもあります。キッチンの用具も概ね揃っており、料理もできます。 部屋の外には給水機、コップがあり冷たい水を飲むことができます。 建物の周りの人通りは少なかったですが私が滞在している間危険だと感じたことはありませんでした。 調理器具は揃っていましたがお湯を沸かすポッドがなかったところが少しだけ困りました。カップラーメンを食べたかったのですが、鍋でお湯を沸かして作りました。 それ以外のよくなかった点は特にありません。 日本人の方々、変換プラグを忘れないように！

• Pouya (8/5): - The host’s responsiveness and constant availability on WhatsApp made for a very positive experience. The location problem really comes down to Naples’ public transportation system, which was by far the worst I’ve experienced compared to other Italian cities. During my two days in Naples, I only managed to take the city bus once; every other time, I ended up taking a taxi because buses were delayed by more than 45 minutes. That’s why I’d say the house’s location isn’t great for getting around the city—except for the central train station, which is close enough to walk to.

Very nice and clean with an amazing jacuzzi. The bathroom toilet was not stable and would move a lot as well as the flusher being unstable on the wall so it was hard to push the button.

• Kevin (8/5): Not as far as you think from centre - Nice and modern room (surprising when you consider external area), with comfy bed and good bathroom facilities. Host was regularly in contact or on hand when we needed anything. Area is north of centre, but can be walked or accessible by nearest metro. Just some minor things. Toilet seat needs fixing, as it doesn't quite fit, and some milk/crema with the tea/coffee making facilities would be useful.

Great location as you can easily commute to any part of the city and the airport. The front door creaks a lot. There was no dustpan and brush set in the room. Sometimes you could hear a lot of noises from the street.

• Zoe (8/5): Perfect Stay - Walkable to Centre of Napoli - Loved this place, it was near to the Spanish Quarter and we walked everyday to nearby restaurants and busy tourist streets. It’s in a quieter area so not too loud at night. The room was very clean and tidy and all the furnishings seemed almost brand new. There was also a communal area with a fridge and sofa in which was useful for storing food. Only minor issue is that another guest stole some of our food that we kept in the fridge - not a massive deal but was abit of an inconvenience! Also this isn’t the hosts fault! Other than that the place was perfect

• Caner (8/5): Very good - Completely renewed and clean room perfect for a short stay. Easy self check-in with detailed description. The neighbourhood didn't feel very safe. The coffee machine is present for everyone to use but if there were coffee caps it would have been nicer. The jacuzzi wasn't available in our room.
• Nina (6/5): Good apartment in a terrible neighborhood - The bedroom was really good equipment with full kitchen, very good ac, modern and clean. The landlady is super nice, give all the instructions to get in the accommodation, send suggestions of restaurant and made sure we had a good time with what she had in control (the accommodation itself) The apartment was in the second floor and there was no elevator. The main thing was the location which was horrible, in the middle of a very poor area, hard to get, dirty and not safe. I don't recommend because of the location.

• Jojo (5/5): Nice place with great location - We really enjoyed our stay here although it was a shame about the cut backs - for example you only get one coffee pod for the whole stay. The bed was super comfy and the place was very clean and comfortable. The water temperature was barely warm so had to have cold showers most days. Unfortunately on the last day/night we had no water because of a broken pipe which wasn’t great. We had to ask a few times for water to be supplied to us so we could brush our teeth which was delivered in the morning thankfully.

We didn't feel very safe in the area and it's a bit of a way to the city centre through dark and narrow streets. But maybe that's just naples itself. The lights in the appartment were very bright , not cozy at all.

Also liked that the room was cleaned every day like in a hotel. Location is great too. Close to the city but still quiet at night. Walkable distance to the train station. Would have liked a refill of the coffee pods. Other than that it’s perfect.

Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Just what we needed after a late nite flight from Greece. Location was in a working class residential area. Our taxi driver at the airport knew exactly where it was. About a 3 block walk to the main drag. Had a great breakfast at a local cafe, just 6euro. Quite the bargain. Found out there was a taxi strike in Naples which caused us a bit of concern. Luckily a local taxi driver took pity on us and took us to the train station about 10 minutes away.
