Guest Reviews
- Svet (7/5): Great for short stays with a perfect location close to cafes, restaurants, and tourist attractions. - The location is perfect. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Having 2 bathrooms was ideal for a family of 5. Host allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment after 10:30am. Check in was delayed to 5:30pm as the cleaners didn't arrive until 4pm to clean after the previous booking. Even though being in the basement didn't bother us, 8 days was too long to stay in an apartment that didn't have natural light or windows to open for fresh air.
- Alexia (9/5): - Location was amazing, clean and good facilities. The water on one of the showers did not drain properly.

- Claudia (9/5): - This was our first time in Rome and it was a very beautiful beginning .The apartment was situated in a great location about 15 min walk to the Vatican. We had a very clean and modern with an equipped kitchen. Excellent working air conditioning, big bedrooms and big comfortable beds. The bathrooms were modern and spacious. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all on your door step. The host was really helpful throughout the entire booking experience and I would highly recommend the property.
- Sokratis (8/5): - The apartment was almost exactly as shown in the photos—modern, recently renovated, and not at all outdated. The host had uploaded plenty of images, which gave us a clear idea of what to expect, and we were pleased to find everything matched the listing with no surprises.
Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were responsive to our messages, and although we never met in person, all instructions and information were provided clearly through the booking app and a 24-hour phone line.
The apartment itself was spacious and well-suited for a group or family. It had two bedrooms with double beds and very comfortable mattresses, as well as a sofa that could easily sleep another person. In total, it could accommodate four to five people comfortably.
There were two modern, clean bathrooms with showers, and the air conditioning was a standout feature—three powerful units kept the entire place refreshingly cool during the hot July days in Rome.
Located in the city center, the apartment made it very easy to reach all the main attractions and move around without hassle.
Overall, a great experience with a reliable host and a comfortable, well-located apartment. Very good value for money. The only minor downside was the presence of a few small flies in the bathroom, likely due to moisture, but it didn't significantly affect our stay.

- Karishma (8/5): Basement apartment but good - It was spacious and well lit, close to supermarket and had some basic groceries like salt, coffee capsules etc. We reached quite early but we were able to leave our luggage which was great. Check in and check out was straightforward. IT IS IN THE BASEMENT. The floors were dirty when we got there. The host was responsive and had it cleaned the next day but still, it wasn’t the cleanest. The fuse tripped on the last day in the middle of the night and we weren’t able to fix it till we left at 8 am.
- Anonymous (10/5): Beautiful apartment and base to explore Roma - Apartment was beautiful and in a great location. The apartment was on basement level so there was a steep stairs to go up and down. Which was fine for me but may not be suitable for elderly or other people
- Panagiotis (10/5): In my search, it was the only one that came close to the price I could give for the quality it has. - The house was exactly as in the photos. We were 6 people, we slept two in each room and on a double comfortable sofa in the living room. I would say the location was ideal to start going to see all the tourist places of the city, the communication with the host was impeccable, hot water in both bathrooms, electric radiator in the bathrooms, air conditioning in all other areas. In the kitchen you find everything washing machine dishwasher electric stove, espresso machine, nice led lighting low and high. I highly recommend it. It has no veranda.
- Elisabeta (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, very big, very close to Piazza del Popolo, and turistic area. Very nice staff and very helpful!
- Tristan (9/5): Awesome apartment fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and landmarks - Location was amazing Shower drain in the bathroom
- Galina (10/5): Everything was perfect - It is spacious for a friend group, who want to spend time together, but at the same time have enough space.
