• Stefanie (4/5): Nice room but disappointing behaviour with guests - The property is in a quiet area of Florianopolis and it's about 20 min to walk to some restaurants, supermarkets and sights of interest. The room is big and has air condition and you can use the kitchen and I prepared some breakfast there. They did not come to the time that I asked them to come to the property and left me standing in heavy rain for about 20 minutes. There is no protection in the entrance and I got very wet. On the first night, they locked me out at 2 am in the morning and it took about 40 minutes of calling them and making a lot of noise on the front door that someone came to open from inside. Some neighbours woke up and screamed at me that they would call the police. When someone finally opened, they said that this situation was very funny - and it wasn't! They had forgotten that I am there and had locked the entrance door from inside without giving me a key for this! There is not bell to ring them so that they wake up! It was not a good experience to stand there as a foreigner in the night alone.
