• Frederic (10/5): Séjour très agréable et très confortable, à un rapport qualité-prix sans équivalent ! - Absolument tout : - la localisation exceptionnelle de l’appartement, à 20m de la plage, au cœur même du Zoute et des meilleures adresses - l’accueil téléphonique très utile pour accéder à l’appartement, avec 1h d’avance - la vue exceptionnelle plein Sud sur la mer, depuis le 6e étage - le lit déjà fait (intelligemment intégré contre le mur pour gagner de l’espace) - la boîte de chocolat qui nous attendait - le chauffage d’appoint qui nous a été déposé dès le lendemain pour réchauffer la pièce principale la nuit, en raison du temps frais et maussade - la possibilité de garder l’appartement le dernier jour jusqu’à notre départ - pas de ménage exigé à la fin de notre séjour - la gentillesse et la disponibilité totale du propriétaire Un deuxième jeu de clefs aurait été utile. Et comme déjà dit dans des commentaires précédents, les serviettes de bain mériteraient d’être plus grandes.

• Michael (7/5): War ok für eine Einzelperson, die tagsüber arbeitet und zum Übernachten kommt. - Lage sehr gut, wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Das Klapp-Doppelbett Matratze war etwas durchhängend und die Bettdecke viel zu schwer und zu dick und das Bettlaken hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Aber es war alles sauber!! Es gibt allerdings nur Mikrowelle und 2 E- Platten. Kleiner Backofen wäre nicht schlecht. Der Fußboden musste ich erst mal saugen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.

• Georgia (5/5): If you want a beautiful view with rinky dink amenities, this place is for you! - The view of the apartment and the general location were very cushy and beautiful. After complaining about some cleanliness aspects that were disappointing to say the least, the contact with the property owner and cleaning staff turned ugly/ insulting pretty quickly. We were told the complaints about pillows with hair on them and the dirty kitchen table we had were “outrageous” and “not right”. Misunderstandings between English, French and Dutch didn’t help the situation which soured our stay to say the least.
