• Jenny (7/5): Please put up some decorations!! - Convenient for street food and not a long grab ride away from the centre. Smart tv in the room is great for the rainy days This place needs some form of decoration. The lobby, the hallways, the room, all bare. Made it feel like a prison in all honesty.

• Jo Nguyen (1/5): Very disappointed. - Hot water service system. 1) Air con leaking water at all times. 2) Clothes/underwear from previous customer left behind in the bathroom behind the closing door. 3) The young girl receptionist (morning time) is terrible. She was not concentrated to provide the service rather than focus on her own mobile. 4) We are foreign tourists required assistance but she showed unwillingness to assist. Her attitude was arrogance and ignorance which was unacceptable.

• KhoaPham (10/5): Xứng đáng cho một trải nghiệm mới. - Vừa được cải tạo còn rất mới, sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, tầm nhìn thoáng. Khu vực xung quanh nhiều quán ăn ngon, thuận tiện di chuyển đi các nơi. Lối ra vào hầm xe dốc cần thêm chỉ dẫn chú ý để chạy vào giữa. Phòng tắm hơi bé và tivi chưa có Netflix.

• Trí (6/5): - Khách sạn đẹp sạch sẽ nhưng cách âm kém & cả hotel chỉ sử dụng chung 1 cái wifi -> ở tầng 2 trở lên thì wifi ko thể sử dụng được đâu, bất tiện vô cùng

• Jaa (9/5): Superb - My overall stay was excellent! I particularly appreciated the comfort of the room, which made it easy to work effectively. There were also enough electric sockets, which was very convenient. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, and the room itself was clean. I was just a little surprised that the bathroom was separated from the "other" room by glass. There was also a small opening, but it wasn't an issue for privacy at all.

• Alessandro (7/5): New but very small and not very clean - The property is quite new (only one year old). The shower was clogged, there were very small insects going around, and the floor was a bit dirty.

Arrived at the hotell late evening and where told that they gave my room away and that there were no rooms left at the hotel and that I had to find another hotel. As a solo traveling women that felt like a nightmare. The owner told me that he tried to message me on booking.com the same day. I had traveled 17 hours by plane with no wifi and did not see the message. It was not before i raised my voice the owner suddenly found another free room for me. This is not a acceptable way to treat your guests😞

• Stine (2/5): Don't take this hotel. - One of my worst hotel experience ever. There are transparent glass walls between some rooms. We could enjoy witnessing details of our neighbor's toilet visits two meters from our bed. The walls are paper thin. But at Heaven Hut Riverside you can both enjoy the sound of your neighbors AND lie in your bed and watch them on the toilet.(To be fair: it is possible that this is not a problem in all rooms. ) The neighborhood is rough and you don't feel welcome - or safe. But the hotel is nice and clean. The young people at the reception are really, really nice.
• Huong (8/5): Very good - The staffs are great, very friendly, helpful. The location is quiet, it is pefect for sleep. The room had very strong chemical smell, the bathroom need to be cleaned better, no hot water.
• Pascale (6/5): Lie gist hotel in district 4 - Good value for money but feels unfinished Feels unfinished with small things that can easily be done to fix it: paint over the patches on the walls, remove the plastic protection from the doors, etc…

Location is a bit further from the centre than anticipated but it honestly didn’t hinder our experience and we would stay here again merely for the staff. My partner got food poisoning and we ended up extending our booking by a few days but we were very glad that happened here!! Great value for money and the beds are very comfortable
• Tim (8/5): If you book do not book long time aheda but last minute, do not agree to upgrade. - clean and quiet hotel. Ok for sleeping if you need to go somewhere nearby. Not very touristy location. Room was overpriced. While booking I was offered an update letting me understnad that no extra cost, after I agreed I noticed that the room price was gone 30% up. When I asked the reception they said it was because of Window. Well Windows showed view to dirty backyard and walls of other houses.

• Chloe (7/5): When all the building work is complete, it will be a lovely place to stay - Our room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Fridge, TV and brand new kettle was a nice addition too. Bit further out from the main part of Ho Chi Minh City and found it difficult to walk with the traffic and vehicles being on the pavement. Building work was happening in the hotel which we didn’t mind but was very noisy in the morning and feel like we should have been told before we arrived/got a free drink or money taken off our bill as a courtesy. Building work also meant a lot of dust was walked through our room.

• Arsenii (8/5): Good brand new hotel close to city center. - Good rooms. The hotel is new. Situated in the Ward 2 of Ho Chi Minh City. Close to city center. The parking is not that super comfy but ok. The area is somewhat between industrial zone and an open air flea market.

• Jana (9/5): Good value - The location was ok, but not the most convenient for the activities I chose to do. The rooms were all new and clean and very spacious. The AC didn't get as cold as I wanted, and the other part of the hotel is still under construction so there are some dust and noise.

• Daniel (10/5): Last minute 1 night stay in HCMC, smooth experience! - What stood out to me was that the hotel staff were very friendly, flexible and understanding. They let me check in later than expected as I was on a day tour, and when I had foolishly spent all my cash before my last taxi rides to the airport they helped organise a taxi that accepted card. Very good experience!
• Jenjaaar (9/5): Peaceful and beautiful views over the city! - I booked the Haven Hut for a very short stay in HCM. For this reason I wasn't too fussed about location. This hotel is new and not in a very popular touristic area, which personally I liked. There were plenty of shops and small cafes / bakeries around, but be aware you'll have to get a Grab or take a walk into the more central parts of the city. The room itself was spacious and very clean, with a really beautiful view over the river into the city - I loved this. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had an issue with my power adapter (you can buy one in a very small shop next-door!). Originally my taxi driver took me to the wrong hotel (there is another Haven Hut in the centre, make sure you select the right one!). The staff at the sister hotel were also super helpful. Overall no complaints! No complaints from me.

• Brooke (8/5): A cheap, clean place to stay away from the highly touristy areas. - It is brand new so no concerns about cleanliness. It was very cheap! Although it’s a bit of a way out of town you get the opportunity to see locals, rather than being surrounded by tourists in District 1. Grab in to town was cheap but o few things we walked and it was quite interesting. Lots of great food options. The staff like to keep to themselves. Some guests might like that but compared to the hospitality we have received in other hotels it was cold. I think this hotel is still being partly built but it did not worry us.
