• Yihuan (7/5): Cozy place with thin walls in a nice neighbourhood - The location next to the park and the river are great. Some nice breakfast places close by. Relatively easy to take the bus or tube into town. Practically everything you need is in the apartment. One of the bedrooms has thin walls and is beneath the stairs. It can get quite noisy. The bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant sewer smell. The shower regulator is high and the thing to put the shower head in was broken.

• Oleksandr (9/5): This place was a beautiful part of our London story - European travelers, don’t forget to buy a socket adaptor when traveling to the UK! There was one in the apartment, and it saved our souls :) The location is lovely. Putney is a very lively area with a beautiful bridge and a charming riverside. There are plenty of shops and restaurants, and there’s also a petrol station nearby that’s open late at night. The apartment is cozy and warm, it helps you feel grounded and truly feel that you’re in London. Some interior renovations wouldn’t hurt, but it’s excellent for the price.
• MONICA (10/5): Excelente y confortable - Me gustó todo del alojamiento, limpieza, ubicación, súper amplio el apartamento, el baño y las habitaciones muy amplias y confortables. El barrio me gustó mucho. Fácil acceso a los metros y autobuses. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Tienes el metro a 10 minutos caminando y una vez que te bajas del metro puedes coger un autobús que te dejan a una calle del apartamento. Feliz con mi estancia. Nada, todo fue excelente.
• Jess (8/5): Comfortable, quaint and peaceful! - The location is exceptional! Such a beautiful and quiet area with the most lovely little streets and homes surrounding! We loved visiting the local Wetland Wildlife Sanctuary and public transport was very easy to access with a bus within 2min walking distance and both tube and rail lines within 15min walking distance down the Thames. Lots of lovely shops and food spots nearby and a Lidl, Sainsburys and Waitrose all down the road for all your grocery needs! We wish we could stay here for much longer than we did, its gonna be hard to try out new areas after we have been spoiled with Putney! The place itself is very well heated for winter months (except for one bedroom, but we liked it that way). Wifi was fast! Water was hot! The kitchen is well stocked with spices and condiments for cooking, which I always really appreciate. The place was a little smaller than it looks in the photographs, though we still felt we had plenty of room for our needs. The upstairs neighbours were a little loud late in the evening, but not enough to officially complain about. The cooktop never got the pot to a full boil, and the showerhead was broken when we arrived. The heating doesn't work in one room, but that worked in favour of our comfort preferences, however the duvet's were very warm and cozy. Otherwise, the place is incredibly well-maintained and very clean and warm in the shared spaces.

• Guest (7/5): zufrieden würden wieder kommen - Betten waren sehr bequem und hatten eine gute Größe genau wie das Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Es standen standard Sachen wie Gewürze auch frei zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem schönen Viertel, Busse fahren regelmäßig zur U-Bahn Station. Einige kleine gute Cafés und eine 24/7 Supermarkt Tankstelle ist in der Nähe. Wände sind wirklich dünn man kann die Nachbarn durchgehend hören wenn diese bissl lauter sind. Heizung im kleinen Schlafzimmer konnte man nicht zurück drehen dadurch war die ganze Wohnung eine Sauna.

• Sam (4/5): Pay a bit extra to get a good nights sleep - Conveniently located with free parking on weekends outside. Hasn’t been soundproofed. All the reviews about the thin walls are absolutely correct. I was woke. Up in the early hours by people talking at a usual volume. The pipes for the plumbing upstairs also run behind the wall of the headboard in the second bedroom. So whenever a tap or toilet is flushed a loud noise emanates through the room. I’m usually a heavy sleeper but was woken up by this multiple times.
• susan (4/5): Providing you don’t need to sleep peacefully and don’t care about the finish of the place, then book it for the location - Location Price Bed was clean Noise was unbearable on Friday evening. The flat has been converted to a sub standard self contained unit. The finish is poor. The shower holder was broken so water spayed all over unless you hold the shower head. Stained carpets, handles on doors missing, difficult to locate light switches, no emergency exit from the bedroom. There is no soundproofing - plumbing from above is heard as though it flows through the bedroom. Washing machine above going late into the night. People coming and going. The stairs are in the corner of the bedroom, you can hear every step and people talking and coughing. The curtains barely covered the windows - poor fit and quality. The outside space was untidy - broken washing machine dumped there next to all the bins. The photos look good on here but the reality is somewhat different.

• Carol (6/5): Location good - but flat needs sound proofing and updating. - Location not too bad for Wimbledon. The two bedrooms were ideal for my son and myself. The price was reasonable for Wimbledon. The fittings in the bathroom were wobbly and more than a little tired. The noise from neighbouring flats was extremely bad on Saturday night. I found the ironing board under the bed as I was leaving - please keep it somewhere more accessible.
• Bayly (9/5): Excellent location, bad neighbors. - This property is perfect! The location is ideal and so nice! Easy access to everything but quiet and relaxing! This is no reflection on the hosts or property but the neighbors and people upstairs are SO LOUD! Trying to sleep and their partying or doing washing (at 11pm) and it sounds like they are literally in the room with you, it was so frustrating!!!
• Adam (10/5): A lovely apartment in Putney - The rooms were well-equipped, clean and tidy. The location was quiet and peaceful, situated close to Putney's railway stations (Underground, National Rail) as well as bus stops. The host was also very helpful and friendly. I will definitely keep this property in mind for my next London trip! Not much to dislike here, maybe the lack of air conditioning, but London's climate mostly doesn't make this a necessity anyway.

Small details: sharpness of knives in kitchen. curtain length, finish of the apartment (door handles, kitchen doors, paint)
• Jill (8/5): Quirky flat in a super location - The location was perfect. It's a glorious walk along the Thames from the tube station and so brilliant to use the Uber Boats on the Thames. The flat was situated in a quiet, safe road, with a nearby park. The beds were very comfortable and good quality bedding. Plenty of household essentials (toilet rolls, cleaning products, shampoo, soap, etc.) with a good range of kitchen facilities. Shower was good. There were some obvious missing items but the property owner quickly replaced them later that day when we alerted them. It's a quirky layout and the back bedroom was very close to next door and you could hear people talking etc. as well as people coming down the stairs from the upstairs property. Quite noisy at times. The outside space is pretty limited and not particularly private as the back of the adjoining property shared the space, as well as the bins etc.

• Long (3/5): Poor - A bad sewerage smell and midges in the apartment. There were noisy neighbours, and with no sound proofing in the wall meant every sound could be heard. It is in a good location but was spoilt by the unbearable smell.

The address of the property is misleading, infact it's different from where the accommodation was. Terribly noisy neighbors at any time of day or night. Unpleasant smell inside the apartment.

• Fabiana (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect! It's a safe area with many restaurants just a three-minute walk away, supermarkets, easy access to buses, right next to a park and the River Thames. I'm really very pleased. The host solved the minor issues we had (they forgot to leave the bed linen to the sofa-bed) very proactively and communication was easy. The flat was equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness was okay, decent but could be a bit better. I would definitely stay there again.
