• Aileen (8/5): Gute Basis für einen Aufenthalt in Hanoi - Die Lage ist top! Mitten im Geschehen und alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist super. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Auf dem Foto des gebuchten Zimmers war ein Fenster im Bad zu sehen - das entsprach leider nicht der Realität. Das Zimmer hatte gar kein Fenster. Die Klospülung funktionierte leider nur manchmal und es roch bei betreten des Zimmers sehr stark nach Kanalisation. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig sodass man im 2. Stock die Gespräche an der Rezeption hören kann. Im Zimmer wurde es nicht komplett dunkel da es ein Fenster zum Flur gab, welcher dauerhaft hell beleuchtet wird.

• Tomer (8/5): מיקום מצויין - המלון ממוקם נהדר, קרוב לעיר העתיקה ולכל מקומות הבילוי. חדרים נוחים, מעט מיושנים אבל מתוחזקים יפה. קיבלנו חדר עם מרפסת קטנה הפונה על הבתים שמאחורי המלון ואהבנו אותו מאד. המלון מוגדר כמלון 4 כוכבים אבל הוא לכל היותר 3 כוכבים. מאד נוח והצוות מאד שירותי, אבל חשוב להיות כנים ולדרג אותו כפי שהוא. ארוחת הבוקר מאד דלה, לא באמת היה לנו מאד לאכול, וכוסות השתייה החמה היו כולן עם צבע חום בפנים, כזה שנשאר לאחר שתיית תה לאורך הרבה שנים. לא מצאנו כוס אחת לבנה, ולבסוף שתינו קפה בכוסות השתייה הקרה. כדאי מאד להחליף את הכוסות.

• SHABAR (6/5): - Location is pretty good. Omelette at breakfast was good. Bottle of water in the room was nice. In the hotel there is an elevator but to get in to the hotel you need to climb around 15 stairs, problem if you are ild or with baby (we had both), the staff is helpful but still. The breakfast is pretty limited and in lower floor so again you in to use the stairs. In the bigger room they have in the shower space they put bathtub that is really hight and hard to get in and out of it.

The best part about Avani Central Hotel was definitely the staff. Always available and incredibly friendly. They helped me a lot during my time in Hanoi. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!
