• SERVICE AUTO (8/5): Plăcut și relaxant în interiorul resortului ,neplăcut împrejurimile - Interiorul incintei foarte dra drăguț isi patul confortabil . Nu avea parcare proprie (am lăsat mașina parcată undeva în proximitatea hotelului unde era un șantier (o clădire in construcție).,iar la barul de la piscină nu se accepta plata cu cardul și dacă voiai să plătești cu numerar trebuia să ai doar leva nu primea euro,fapt pentru care trebuia să găsești pe undeva să schimbi

• Kaloyan Hristov (8/5): доволен съм, и щещше да съм WOW, ако имаше кафе машина сутрин :) - Чистото, подредено и спокойно.... Няма къде да си вземем кафе, или някаква напитка за децата, Поне автомати може да сложите, това доста променя отличните впечатления.... Как да обясня дори в музейте на входа има такива машини.... Другия вариант е да работи бара... :)

• Roman (9/5): Top Auswahl für Sonnenstrand für Pärchen oder Familien - Schon zum 3. mal bei Harmony Suits gewesen. Beste Unterkunft. Sehr modern und sauber. Zum Meer sind es etwa 300m Fußweg und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten um Unterkunft herum. Die Wohnungen sind mit allem nötigen für Aufenthalt ausgestattet, ansonsten riesiger Supermarkt „Mercury“ in der Nähe, dort findet man alles. Die Bedienung im Hotelcafe war zwar sehr nett, aber der Koch kam etwas unfreundlich rüber.

• Guest (4/5): Изключително ниско съотношение цена-качество - Мъжът на рецепцията, който ни посрещна и отреагира много бързо при смяната на стаите. Също така намери и паркомясто за колата ни, но не за дълго. Съотношението цена-качество абсолютно не се покрива. Стаите не се чистят както трябва, пода не се мие с дни, чаршафите ни бяха сменени само 1 път за 6 дневен престой. В стаите и коридорите, след като е минал почистващия персонал мирише много остро на белина. При настаняването ни имахме проблем с две от стаите, в едната миришеше на манджа с лук, а в другата на скариди, миризмата беше в абсолютно цялата стая. Друг много сериозен проблем е паркирането. Няма абсолютно никакви места около хотела и ни е отнемало над 40 мин обикаляне, за да си намерим място. Охранителят с очилата се държа изключително грубо и надменно, когато го попитахме да спрем колата в близост до хотела. Абсолютно никакво съдействие от негова страна, дори след като му казахме, че с това отношение повече няма да се върнем, думите му бяха “супер, не се връщайте, за да не ни усложнявате живота”.

Хората от персонала бяха много мили и учтиви. Всичко беше прекрасно, със сигурност ще го посетим отново. Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса

• Ramona (10/5): It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back. - The receptionist, bartenders and the cleaning staff, are very well trained and their kindness was beyond our expectations. The swimming pools vary in size and are not crowded at all. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need and cleaned daily. The trip to the beach takes about 5 minutes. There are various restaurants nearby and even a large supermarket.
• Daniela (9/5): Superb - The accommodation is beautiful, with lovely gardens. The location is convenient — there’s a supermarket nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pools, which were clean and well maintained. The bedroom didn’t have air conditioning, what wasn’t a major issue due to the cooler temperature and we could leave the door open for fresh air. However, last night there was a loud group outside that continued late, which disturbed our sleep plus the mattress was too soft for my comfort — I had the feeling I might slide off during the night.

• Liubov (10/5): I would definetely recommend these apartments, thank you for hospitality. - Excellent apartments and very friendly and supportive team. I asked for the room (which was also perfect but a bit noisy for me) change and the hotel’s Manager was so attentive to my needs and gave me a very quiet room (thank you Desislava so much!). Nothing.

• Daniela (10/5): Really nice and calm vacation. I like it a lot. - I liked the apartment and the pools are great. Cleaning in the apartment was good. It has a small kids corner with a slide in the yard and it was nice addition. Sometimes it smells from the cooking in the other appartments. Yard was not cleaned every day and some leaves fall into the pools.

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely everything about this place is fantastic - beautiful specious apartment with a sea view, big balcony, comfortable doublebed, cleanness, lovely new furniture..also swimming pools with sunbeds and so close to the beach ( I recommend Paradise beach). So amazing! We will definitely come back :)

• Andreea (10/5): Wonderful accommodation and location! - The location is very good, near to the beach and market, the apartment is equipped with very new facilities, good taste, elegant, refinement, very clean. We stayed at the ground floor in the second building, but it was not an impediment to admire the moden pool and the garden, The cleaning is done on request and daily if you need, and it’s done very good and carefully. The parking available in front of the hotel or on fhe nearby streets, no matter the time we arrived at the hotel. The apartment is small for 4 persons, but enough for two of us. The gaps between the main door and the surrounding wall, you can hear every movement from the hall. The batteries from bathroom and kitchenette are old and noisy, despite all new and elegant furniture. The coffee machine is missing (a long espresso from the bar is 4 leva). The sofa from living is quite small and it seems inadequate for 2 people. A lot of very noisy and uneducated Ukrainians at the pool who screamed and disturbed constantly during the day, But it was ok if you didn’t want an afternoon rest.
• Svitlana (10/5): everything was just extremely perfect - ideal for calm and pleasant stay the location is perfect - close to the beach and to the supermarket as well as many restaurants, also within 15min walk distance there is a tourist area with many entertainments :) restaurant doesn’t accept card payments, which is inconvenient as you need to exchange the currency while the majority of restaurants and stores do accept.
