- VAGNER (10/5): Ótima hospedagem - A pousada é bem localizada, distando aproximadamente 4km da área urbana de Monte Verde. O local é tranquilo e silencioso. As paisagens muito bonitas ao redor do estabelecimento. A estrada para acessar a pousada, apesar de rústica, é bem tranquila (não tem trechos de terra difíceis de se passar). O atendimento, desde à recepção até o restaurante, foi muito cordial. Recebemos orientações precisas por WhatsApp desde a manhã do dia do nosso check-in até a nossa chegada. O chalé que ficamos é muito confortável e a banheira de hidromassagem muito boa mesmo. O único ponto negativo que percebemos foi que, na primeira vez que enchemos a banheira e ligamos a hidromassagem, a aguá escureceu, indicando que as tubulações estavam sujas. Acredito que dar uma atenção melhor para a limpeza da banheira é essencial. O café da manhã estava ótimo. O check-out também foi tranquilo e sem inconvenientes. Consideramos que a hospedagem valeu a pena, recomendadmos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá com certeza. Parabéns a toda a equipe.

- AMÉRICO (8/5): - O local é agradavel, porém a localização da pousada poderia ser melhor, o chalé é bem pequeno e com pouco conforto, o Doglas que serve o café é uma pessoa super simpática, o dono Sr.Mauro tab., o preço é razoável face ao geral, pois fica um pouco distante da cidade.
- Irenildes (8/5): Avaliação - A Pousada na nossa opinião é maravilhosa, com relação ao chalé a água do choveiro e da hidro estavam na temperatura ideal. O café da manhã é sensacional com o atendimento do Douglas. Só sentimentos falta do restaurante na pousada, pois para a locomoção ao centro fica dificulta, pois a estrada a noite é muito perigosa.

Ótima receptividade feita pelo Sr. Mauro. O Douglas é uma pessoa incrível que sempre está por ali para nos auxiliar no que for preciso. Já estou indicando a pousada para amigos e voltarei em breve.
- thiago m b (10/5): Atendimento nota 10 - Café da manhã excelente, local lindo, não estranhe a falta de ventilador ou ar condicionado nos quartos, você não irá precisar, durante a noite, mesmo no verão, o ar gelado da montanha não vai te deixar passar calor. Funcionários atenciosos, lugar muito bem cuidado, não tem o que reclamar.
