Carolina (5/5): Make sure it has been fixed before you book. Nice place needs adjustments. - Location, style. I arrived to Milan for work. I found the apartment and no one was there to open. Internet was not working, the lights, the shower. The bed was set dangerously on the mezzanine with no protection. I have claimed a refund and asked for support and the property has been responsive -not immediately, but in the end they agreed to make a refund of 50% of the total cost. I wish they will fix all the issues, as the place is nice and in a great location. Make sure that is the case before you book.
