The family that run the pool bar are wonderful kind people, food is amazing fresh tasty atmosphere vibes are really good. Strong sense of family Near shops bars restaurants beach.. local transport Not being able to sit around the pool area once.. as you have the same families reserving beds every morning queuing at the gate... despite there being a non-reservation sign there are never any free beds or areas to sit Be mindful of the steps/ stairs there are plenty of them, however, they are small flights
• Nicola (8/5): Nice apartment, great location - Location was perfect, beautiful terrace and view. All the facilities you need for a self catering apartment. Beds are very comfortable. The pool is nice and is well managed by the life guards, it doesn't open until 9.30am so no one can leave their towels down before this time and if the area is busy the life guard will remove towels off beds that haven't been used after an hour. Poolside bar and pizzeria had really tasty pizzas and drinks, staff are so friendly. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely go back to the complex. The reason we booked this apartment was for the beautiful terrace but unfortunately we couldn't sit out there from 12pm to 8pm as the sun was so strong and there is no parasol provided, I did request one from the owner who said they would try and supply one but we never got it in the 12 days we were there, every other apartment on the complex seemed to have one. Security wise the sliding doors in the main bedroom didn't lock and would be very easy for someone to break in and no safe is provided. Also the couch is quite dated and dull, we covered it with a couple of throw blankets to make it more comfortable.
• Lange (7/5): Ok - The view of the "village" and the pool is nice and the terrasse perfect after the sun goes down. The beds er good and the airconditoning great. Host was quick to respond. The flat has a tired look to it that I didnt see in the fotos. The sofa is worn out and you can only sit in the middle. The fotos show keyboard and guitar that are not there and there is no dishwasher ( they dont promise dishwasher so my own fault for not making sure).
• Hugh (9/5): Fab! - Great location, great pool area, 2 great bar/restaurants on site, great balcony. Fantastic stay. Nothing really. Perhaps the stairs for some (not us) and maybe an update of furnishings but that's minor in my eyes.

• Emma (10/5): Amazing Apartment! - We loved this apartment so much!. It was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels, some toiletries, tea & coffee and even a bottle of water waiting in the fridge. The balcony was amazing!!. It feels so private and the view of the mountain was lovely. There's a gas bbq & sun chairs to relax on. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra pillows available. And bonus points for air conditioning in each room! As mentioned in other reviews, you need to be aware of the steps. It's in a good location too..an easy walk to Arroyo de la Miel or you can take a slow walk to the marina. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés (try Meeting Point) and bars close by..along with a Mercadona (try the small Pueblo Evita Shop-they were also cheap & well stocked). We recommend visiting the Friday Arroyo Market, Butterfly Park and Cable Cars. Download the Bolt app when you arrive. If we visit Benalmadena again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else! There is nothing to dislike..everything was perfect!
• Rita (10/5): Beautiful place - Excellent value for money, spotlessly clean. Everything provided, fab balcony with lovely views. Very private . Great facilities on site, lovely pool and loungers. Nice Italian restaurant beside the pool and another bar as well. Near the beach and loads of lovely restaurants and bars near the apartment complex. Loved it. Staff very nice. Nothing. Just be aware there are a good few steps up to the apartment but that was fine for us, but might be an issue for some.
• Beverly (9/5): Excellent complex with the most helpful agents. - Spacious property with 2 bedrooms Has full size bath with shower over bath Nice kitchen area with everything you need the owner has provided all utensils crockery nice quality glasses, all towels even pool towels, cleaning materials great fridge freezer, oven & hob plus a microwave- not that we did any cooking but you could very easily there is a fabulous supermarket across the road on Palm Tree Avenue & so reasonable. The stairs could be a problem if you are not very agile, there are 6/7 flights up from pool area & no lift as it’s a quite an old complex & built on a hill. However if this is not a barrier there are great views from the balcony & large terrace.
