• Jan-Oliver (6/5): Sehr gute Lage und sauber aber Geruch und Einschränkung wegen Bauarbeiten - Super Lage und sehr sauber Ohne rechtzeitige Information - Balkon nicht nutzbar Komplett ohne vorherige Information - Sicht Richtung Meer versperrt - Klimaanlage außer Betrieb - Geruch aus den Abwasserrohren Nach langer Diskussion mit dem Eigentümer konnten wir für ein Drittel der Reisezeit in eine andere Wohnung im selben Gebäude. Außerdem haben wir einen Rabatt bekommen, was mindestens angemessen war. Für den Rabatt mussten wir uns selber mit Booking kümmern. Nach meinem Verständnis hatte viel früher informiert werden müssen. Die Betreuung während der laufenden Zeit war nicht gut, weil wir immer wieder nachhaken mussten.
• Tahimy (1/5): Vacaciones arruinadas: olores, cucarachas suciedad y nefasta atención del propietario - Únicamente la ubicación. Nuestra semana de vacaciones quedó completamente arruinada por este alojamiento. Antes de llegar, aceptamos no usar el balcón debido a obras en la fachada, con un acuerdo de compensación del 10% del precio. Lo que no sabíamos era que esto era solo el inicio de problemas mucho más graves que nunca se nos advirtieron. Desde el primer día tuvimos que convivir con un olor intenso y constante a fosas y tuberías, presencia de cucarachas y una falta total de ventilación que nos obligaba a mantener la puerta de entrada abierta para poder permanecer en el interior. La limpieza era deficiente: toallas y sábanas, aunque aparentemente limpias, estaban manchadas y con un aspecto envejecido. El balcón, además de inutilizable, tenía su mobiliario almacenado dentro del reducido salón, limitando aún más el espacio. Desde primera hora de la mañana, las obras generaban un ruido constante de taladros y golpes, imposibilitando el descanso. Intentamos resolver la situación con el propietario, pero no mostró disposición real a solucionarlo. Se negó desde el inicio a reembolsar para que pudiéramos buscar otro alojamiento. Tras varios días de conversaciones y desgaste, finalmente aceptó un acuerdo, pero siempre que tuvieramos la disposición de no dejar reseña, algo que bueno... vergonzoso.Para entonces, la semana estaba prácticamente perdida y ya no quedaban alternativas. El último día llegó a proponer alojarnos en otra ciudad 2o 3 noches, una “solución” que no compensaba el daño sufrido y claramente se sabía para que. Adjuntamos algunas fotos (tenemos más y los audios de las molestas obras). Con respecto a los olores no se pueden adjuntar. Este alojamiento no reúne las condiciones mínimas de higiene, habitabilidad ni respeto hacia el cliente. La experiencia nos generó un enorme perjuicio y frustración que consideramos importante advertir para evitar que otras personas pasen por lo mismo.

• Elise (5/5): Too expensive - I needed an urgent accommodation within 2 hr timeframe or asap. Found this place as it's location suited me well. Even tho price was insanely expensive for 1 night (170€), went for this place. Host was responsive and I was able to check-in in 30 minutes and got the keys in like 40 minutes or so. Mattress and bed was extremely COMFORTABLE, firm and really good. Slept very well. Lady who handed over the keys went to buy toilet paper, soap and kitchen towels for me as they weren't in the apartment. View over the town is beautiful. Had capsules for dishwasher and washing machine. Well, apsrtment was dirty when I arrived. I understand that I checked in with really short notice but as I see things: If apartment is not ready for guests, host should say so. For example how things should work: "hey, apartment has not been cleaned, do you want to wait for 3 hours for it to be cleaned or I reduce the price and you can check-in now into the dirty apartment". But no, I wasn't notified about it. This in my eyes (have been working 15 years in tourism) is not acceptable. But no, host didn't say anything about dirty apartment so I needed to change the bedsheets (excisting ones in the bed were really dirty), clean the sink etc to make myself comfortable. Shower looked also dirty but I prefeared not to shower than clean this as well. But paying 170€ (most expensive accommodation in 15 years that I have ever stayed and I have travelled nearly 40 countries) for ONE night and getting dirty apartment without any notice about or left without option to choose, I was quite disappointed considering the price paid.
• Oleh (7/5): Good - Perfect location, 2 minutes from the beach, 1 minute from shops and restaurants. Odor in apartament. Pipes in the kitchen need urgent repair, it stinks sewers regardless of open windows/doors.

• C1are (8/5): Lovely stay but too small for 6 people. - Great location. Apartment was very clean and the washing machine was a bonus! The host was contactable via WhatsApp, so the fact our flight was delayed meant we could rearrange access to the apartment. The balcony area was lovely and you could see the sea, which is just a stones throw away. I would recommend to a family up to 4 guests. Description on booking.com reads that the second bedroom has a double bed and a bunkbed. (double bottom bunk under a single), there was 6 of us travelling and I purposely wanted not to have to sleep on the sofa in the lounge. However, the description is misleading, which meant that 2 people had to sleep in the lounge. The bunkbed was so squeaky that my son could not sleep in the top bunk as it was keeping everyone awake, so he ended up topping and tailing in the bottom bunk. Photos are deceiving and apartment is very small. Could only get 4 max on the balcony to eat at the table.
• Liisa (9/5): Apartment with great location near beach - Very nice, clean, quiet and confortable apartment with a great location. Near beach, shops and train station. We were 2 friends spending relaxing time in Fuengirola. Communication with owner worked fine.
• Steven (10/5): A great find, which made our holiday even better - The apartment’s location was great, virtually on the beach, near all the main Restaurant’s, and just a 7 to 10 minute walk to the rail & bus station. The apartment itself was immaculate, lovely balcony sunny all afternoon, the kitchen had most things needed if you did need to cook in. A big tv with Netflix (mainly Spanish) is in the lounge area & a projector in the bedroom on a massive screen where we watched you videos it was amazing. couldn’t fault it.
