• Monica (7/5): - La posizione è eccezionale. Le camere sono spaziose e comodi i due bagni al primo piano entrambi con doccia Il check in era dalle 15, ma arrivati verso le 15,20 c'era ancora l'addetto alle pulizie che ci ha comunicato che ne aveva per un'ora e quindi alla fine siamo potuti entrare solo alle 16,30. In uno degli armadi delle camere c'era ammucchiata la biancheria sporca appena cambiata. Ci hanno fornito un solo asciugamano grande per la doccia a testa. Ho richiesto di poter avere anche un asciugamano per il viso a testa e l'host ha risposto che avrebbe provveduto il prima possibile, ma non sono mai arrivati. La pulizia poi non era il massimo.

• William (9/5): Perfect for an overnight stay - The location was excellent for me as it was in a part of Sevilla that I was visiting. It is as described. Straight off a quite cobbled lane. Nothing springs to mind. I want a nice overnight place and this was it.

• Normandia SRL (9/5): Best possible location - The place is quite big, there is plenty of room and you have everything you need on hand. The location is perfect, i went with my elderly parents and every major landmark was reachable for them on foot. The communication with the host was effective. It can get quite noisy, sometimes it felt like the people in the other apartments were right next to us, you could hear everything. I did not expect this in such a solid looking building. It wasn't a big issue for us because we were out most of the day and came back tired so we slept well anyway. Also, the tv was old and stuck on demo mode. I asked for help getting it to work, but they just said to look it up on the internet, which I had of course already done.

• Helena (8/5): Great stay overall. - Spacious townhouse with very comfortable beds. 3 bathrooms were great to have particularly the one with the large shower head. The location was second to none, right in the centre of the old town and near all the top tourist sites. Unfortunately despite being an old building noise was a problem in the mornings with the cleaning trucks going around. Also the house was lacking sound insulation from the house next door who made a lot of noise first thing in the morning. There was a terrible sewage smell from the downstairs bathroom which was extremely unpleasant.

• NATALIA (8/5): Buena opción para una escapada corta en la ciudad - Ubicación perfecta para moverte por la zona monumental de Sevilla. Una de las duchas tenía la mampara rota y en la otra la presión del agua era escasa.
• Pieter (8/5): Ruim appartement met alle faciliteiten, dichtbij in het centrum - De locatie is ontzettend prettig. Je zit dicht bij het centrum, dicht bij leuke locaties om te bezoeken. De verblijfsruimte is ook lekker ruim. Twee slaapkamers en ook twee badkamers. De route naar het appartement toe dat was nog flink zoeken. Het was niet direct duidelijk waar het appartement is, omdat Google Maps die niet goed aangeeft. Voor toekomstige bezoekers: het appartement ligt in de straat achter de straat waar je met de auto kunt komen, direct naast het theater.

• Mariela Josefina Eugenia (8/5): Muy bien. - La ubicación excelente. Muy bien equipado. Amplio. Calefacción. Limpio. El baño de PB decidimos no usarlo ya que hay olor, proveniente de las cañerías, evidentemente hay algún problema. Pero arriba tiene 2 baños más y todo muy bien.

• Rich (10/5): A wonderful place to stay in to see Seville. - The location was great. Close to transportation and many of the best sites in town to see. The apartment was great public spaces in it and private rooms. Noisy area. Be prepared. WiFi was not working.

La casa estaba limpia y tiene casi todo lo que se necesita para un par de días El WIFI no funcionó en los tres días que estuvimos alli. Se lo comenté al administrador, tuve que preguntar como iba el asunto varias veces, pero no se hizo nada (o lo suficiente) al respecto. Las mantas y las almohadas necesitan un lavado
• Maria (9/5): Great location. Clean and comfortable. Needs some attention. - The property is in a centralized location. We liked the neighborhood. Easy access to taxis. Key is in a lockbox and the code is sent on your arrival date. Easy walking distance to events, sites, and food. The apartment was clean. You can set the thermostat. There is a small convenience store around the corner. The larger bathroom is very functional. The kitchen is a good size. The dishwasher, stove, and oven work well. You don’t have to wait for hot water. These are more so improvements that would enhance the stay. The internet did not work during our entire stay. We reset the modem, router, etc. I asked them to have the provide pin the modem. They sent a service person who did the same thing and said it was a provider issue. He said he informed the contact. It was never fixed. The red lights on the modem and router were still blinking when we left. I saw that this was an issue for a previous guest. We had some people who had to work. We had hotspots so we were able to get what we needed done. I suggest if you are staying here and what WiFi to have a back up. The TV did not work. There was only one battery in the remote. We purchased AAA batteries and the TV worked. It was nice to be able to watch soccer between events. The second bathroom has a very small shower. I am petite and it was restrictive even for me. The rest of the group used the larger shower. It is a great shower for kids. Someone must have crashed into one of the shower doors because is looked like it was going to fall off. The service man who came had a screwdriver so he and my husband fixed /reset the shower door. Make sure the stove top is plugged in. It was unplugged when we arrived. The apartment could benefits from new pots, pans and a non plastic tea kettle. The floors are tile, I suggest placing felt bumpers on the chair legs. They make a lot of noise that echos when they are moved. This is a townhouse. The walls are shared and you will hear the neighbors. If you are a lite sleepers, bring ear plugs.

Very clean Air conditioning excellent Getting the door code was stressful. Less than an hour before arrival asking to scan passport before giving us the code. Got door code eventually 10 mins before we arrived at property. No information about how to recycle rubbish

I did let the owner know but we were staying for only two nights so no point fixing. That shower was tiny! Ok for me but my friend would not have fitted in.

• Daniele (9/5): - Pulizia e posizione centrale 2 minuti dal centro.. Cucina ben attrezzata. Posti letto per 4 più altri divano letto. 3 bagni di cui 2 con doccia completi. Ci sono le scale interne per accedere alle camere. La TV non prendeva bene. Terrazzino sacrificato ma tanto non viene usato un granché.

• Klaus (8/5): Tolle Lage, super Preis-Leistung!! - Die Lage ist absolut klasse, mitten in der City, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ist Bus, U-Bahn und Straba in der Nähe!! Zwei Dinge, zum einen war eins der beiden Bäder viel zu klein, ein duschen war in der größe für Normal-Große Menschen unmöglich, da die Dusche maximal für Kinder ausreicht und es zuwenig Abstellfläche gibt. Zum anderen wird darauf hingewiesen, das Ruhe ein oberstes Gebot ist, aber gegenüber der Wohnung(ca.3 Meter) befindet sich ein Theater und deren Gäste veranstalten nach den Vorstellungen einen unglaublichen Lärm davor, ohne Rücksicht auf die Anwohner!!
• Boj Lacruz (10/5): Estupendo apartamento. Recomendable. - Ubicación, espacio del aparcamiento. Aire acondicionado estupendo. Todo muy bien. Por decir algo, pero en verano no se puede estar en la terraza. No hay toldo y los muros impiden circulación de aire. Pero sin problema.

• Doughton (9/5): Delightful duplex in excellent location - Fabulous location and lovely accommodation. The two bathrooms was a great bonus. The details mentioned an outdoor space, but the gate was locked. I messaged the agents on WhatsApp but got no reply. Not a big deal as we're out most of the time.
• Micheline (7/5): Awesome location! - Location was awesome. Very central and walkable to all major historical sites. Clean space. Needs some TLC to feel more modern and homy. Missing items such as a regular coffee maker and toaster in kitchen.

Unusually for Seville, it was cold and very wet so the efficient heating was appreciated as was the umbrella! Really good value for money too. Was really hard to get check in information, I only found out how we would gain access the night before which caused some anxiety. We couldn’t get in at check in time and I had no response from owner. The cleaner let us in while she finished cleaning but it should have been ready at the agreed time. We didn’t have a key to access the outside space.

• Susan (9/5): 5 days in heaven - Located in heart of historical part of the city, ideal location. Close to everything. Apartment is ideal size for party of 4, with plenty of space. It is fully equipped with all you could need. WiFi worked perfectly. Took ages to get air conditioning properly balanced for night time. Would have liked instructions for operating television, microwave and coffee machine.
• Dan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was fabulous - close to great restaurants, the metro and all the main sights. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very spacious. The roof terrace was cozy and got great sunlight. Will definitely stay again.
