Only downside is the humidity in the apartment - Great location, quick communication with host, seamless self check in and check out, apartment is quite big (but has a very interesting layout) Due to the apartment being on the ground floor and having windows only into courtyards it is quite dark even during the day (not too big of an issue if you’re exploring a city). What is a bit of an issue is the humidity inside the apartment. I’m guessing it comes from the old walls. Even with two dehumidifiers and an aircon it was still humid which leads to things feeling a bit damp. Nothing too bad for a couple of days but still

Dostępność grzejników elektrycznych była ok, jednak po włączeniu ich co chwilę odcinało prąd, gdy chciało się korzystać z innych urządzeń. Bardzo zimna łazienka. Wilgotność pomieszczenia przekraczająca 65% - nie nadaje się do zamieszkania. Życie w takiej wilgoci powoduje ból głowy.

- Ainhoa (10/5): El apartamento es una joya en pleno centro de Madrid - Está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Tiene unos techos altos que le dan mucha amplitud y un ambiente muy agradable. La decoración es moderna y cuidada, con detalles muy bonitos como la iluminación. La cama resulta especialmente confortable y cuenta con todos los básicos: ropa de cama, toallas, etc. Es una opción perfecta incluso para estancias más largas, ya que dispone de menaje de cocina, secador de pelo, dehumidificador, calefacción y todos los elementos imprescindibles para el día a día. El baño es sorprendentemente grande y el espacio del apartamento está muy bien distribuido, con una cocina amplia separada de la zona de estar, donde hay un sofá y un televisor. A nuestra llegada estaba impecablemente limpio. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: a un paso del Rastro, de Tirso de Molina y de cualquier punto del distrito Centro. La zona cuenta con mercados y tiendas de alimentación, y aunque se encuentra en pleno corazón de la ciudad, en el interior no se escucha nada de ruido. Además, el trato ha sido excelente y la comunicación con el anfitrión, muy sencilla y rápida.

- Mikołaj (5/5): Musty smell - Location close to the center (10-minute walk from Plaza Mayor), shops, bars, restaurants are very close, kitchen is well-equipped The apartment has a musty smell of dampness that cannot be aired out. This smell ruined every positive aspect of our stay in this place. Even our clothes have soaked up the smell. The apartment is dark and lacks daylight.
