• Nester (10/5): Great choice , great location, great apartment,great Host - Great location, 5 minutes walk to Roma Termini, Conad supermarket, 15 minutes walk to Santa Maria Maggiore. Clean, 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, elevator to 3rd floor is modern style, easier to use than the folding doors types. Lots of room, well lit lighting, great TV picture quality, great air conditioning system. We used virtual keys to open doors and gates, which required cell phone connections, the cell signal is very low at the iron gate between elevator and Main wooden door, makes exiting a little problematic- I had to go back up the stairs until I get a signal so I can Open the iron gate and have my wife push it open while I return back down the stairs. It’s not that bad once I got the hang of it.
• Eileen (10/5): Our best accommodation we had in Italy. - The home was beautifully decorated with everything you need in a kitchen. We felt safe. It had a lift which is a bonus when you have luggage.

• JUAN MANUEL (9/5): - Adriano was attentive at all times and responded instantly. The apartment is very well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a good location near Termini.

• Coxhell (9/5): - It was close to the Termini Station and provided a very comfortable place to come back to after our site seeing in relatively warm weather. It was also close to places to lovely outdoor eateries. It had air conditioning, was very clean and a host who was exceptionally responsive It was well equipped and had a lift to transport luggage up three levels. Nothing of any note.

• Crawford (10/5): - The apartment was very nicely furnished and spacious. Communication with the host was great and we were allowed to leave our luggage prior to check in as well as checking out a little later. Location was excellent for the train station.

• Débora (9/5): Fabulous flat to recommend. - It was a beautiful flat which made us want to live there, haha. It was huge and comfortable with 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms (one had a bidet). Very good air conditioning throughout the whole flat. Nice view from the windows. It was well located as it was close to Termini station where all trains and metro lines meet. We struggled to open the flat door the first time when we arrived but we got it after that and we were fine. But you do need to have access to the internet every time to get to the flat. The cleaning could be improved and the hairdryers should be changed as they only gave cold air.

• Gergely (10/5): Fantastic, quiet apartment close to the main train station - The property is at a great location. The owner, Adriano is super helpful and kind. Despite its proximity to the central station the apartment is very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed! We can’t recommend enough this amazing place. It was fab, no problems at all.

There are plenty of charming restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed Mi No and Strada Romana – they serve delicious calamari! The host, Adriano, is very attentive, takes care of his guests, and considers their needs. We highly recommend it!

If you feel like visiting other places around Rome and would like to be close to the metro lines, than this is the perfect location. The place is very well equipped and very clean. We made it our home for over a week and felt very cousy. The beds are very comfy. There are plenty of nice restaurants, bars nearby. -

The apartment is very clean, freshly renovated, and super equipped, especially with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. A big plus for the location - close to the train station, bars and restaurants nearby, great communication with the entire city. It's absolutely worth using next time visiting Rome. The host offers electronic access to the apartment only, what is very comfortable. However, it can be a problem if a smartphone/ battery is off. The electronic key is the only thing that made me a little confused as being temporarily off the 5G lost access to the apartment for a few minutes.
