• Luke (6/5): Comfy but not a place I’d stay in again - The bed was comfy and the tv was good, lots of mirrors and the shower was nice and warm Bugs and cockroaches in my room, lube, vibrators and condoms in my room for just me staying. Key card didn’t work and I had to go back downstairs 3 times in order for them to come change the door batteries which took half an hour because the “maintenance lady” was using the wrong screwdriver

Ensuite ils ont fait des erreurs. Ils nous ont réveillé toutes les deux heures pour nous dire que la chambre n’était plus disponible alors que nous avons fait le nécessaire. Ensuite ils nous ont fait payer une amende à son était resté trop longtemps dans la chambre, alors que nous avons bien régler tout ce que nous devions. Ils ont dit qu’ils allaient appeler la police. Cleaning staff lovely . Bath and tv great , nice and trendy . Great for a night with a partner if you need somewhere discreet The hotel is clearly a hotel for people who want have “fun” shall we say . I was kept up all night for over 3-4 weeks of my stay till 3 am by people next door shouting screaming , I think it’s Also used by women to work. One girl was crying and screaming for 3 days, I reported it . The damp smell in the room was awful. There are no windows in the main rooms just black walls, and the showers are wet rooms no ventilation. Rooms so thin walls I could hear a whole movie at one point . Even smell the cigarette smoke from the next room as much as it’s meant to be non smoking, it’s great for couples and “working” women but definitely felt claustrophobic and the damp smells are awful. Be prepared to hear a lot of noise from couples! It was an interesting experience! Other than that it’s cheap and cheerful

But honestly had a best experience, it was clean, comfy, super affordable and a great location. Staff were nice, 10/10 experience. We actually booked on for an extra night in their sister venue because it was so good.

Left after an hour as room not as described, no refund given and they tried to charge me more to cancel even though I paid for my stay in full already. Staff are so rude. Do not book this place!

Please beware of very misleading photos and lack of information about the lack of windows and daylight in some rental options. Unfortunately, my room was one of those, even though I didn't find any information about the lack of a window when booking. Additionally, it was stuffy and smelly. When I asked the staff to refund the fee for at least one night's stay, I was ignored - and, to put it briefly, booking also ignored me. I don't recommend it to anyone, stay away

• Bethany (10/5): It was great - You get a good value out of what you paid for. The staff are friendly and hospitable and attends to your needs. Though they don’t speak that much English, they do their best to provide you with what you need or with the service that you need. I’d say the room size, but it’s fair. I think there’s an info about the room size, I got the lowest room tier but was able to fit all of my luggages and had enough room to still move around
