Daniel (6/5): Improvements needed - The apartment is beautiful, with nice views and a very relaxing feeling. The kitchen was very well equipped, except from the lack of any ingredients like oil or salt. The payment and pick up/ drop of keys is too complicated. When we booked we got several walls of text mixing important information like where to pick up the keys as the necessity of doing a deposit before travelling, with irrelevant stuff about the agency and the location. Of course we did not went through that full german book, and found out at the last minute we had to make a pre payment, which is only possible with a SEPA transfer. Picking up the keys has to be done in a store in Kappeln, which is 20 min bus away from the Apartment. I think there is a lot to improve about the pre-checkin process, it is unnecessarily troublesome for the guests. Olpenitz itself has nothing special to offer. Only overpriced residential developments, with no particular attraction. A nice place to forget.
