Elvyra (6/5): Sorry it was a bad stay! :( - Nothing Stinky bathrooms, no lift to go up to 5 floor probably, confusing as it's up and down, seems nothing works there, tv remote, air con remote, so we use one between two floors. Kettle socked not working, need to use other socket for kettle, the one near floor so kettle needed to be on the floor, bed sheets with holes, flat door code seems doesn't work so we used keys. Been given wrong code to main entrance, so we couldn't get in neighbours helped us. Owners too much in contact face to face, no privacy. Check in 4pm- at 6pm we still needed to wait for them to arrive to give us a key🤦🏻‍♀️ once arrived husband need to check if flat clean we have to wait again... where is the key safe? Why not put in there.... 10am check out so been told to wait for cleaner to give keys back. Very unprofessionally.
