• Monica (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena y tenes todos los servicios cerca. El barrio es seguro y accedes caminado a todos lados. El apartamento es cómodo y completo. Segundo piso por escalera. El trato con el propietario es muy impersonal, seguramente no ha tenido buenas experiencias con sus huéspedes y no tiene la capacidad de diferenciar.

• Özlem (4/5): Merkezi ama komforsuz!! - Üst kattan kum sıva taş ne varsa dökülüyor yayağın üstüne,yukarıda oturan insanların ayak seslerinden uyumanıza imkan yok.Onlar yürüdükçe kafanıza birşeyier dökülüyor. Oda çok dağınık ve soğuktu. Binada asansör yok . Bir daha kalmayı asla düşünmem.
• Martina (8/5): - Everything was perfect, the location & accommodation was amazing, it really had everything person needs for their stay. I felt really comfy and cozy, I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! The only bad thing that I hate to say was were the neighbors, it was only because as soon as they started stomping around at 5 am, the person can’t go back to sleep, with that the only bad thing was plaster falling from wood ceiling and I needed to vacuum, other that than I see no negatives!

• Birgitta (9/5): Superfin lägenhet med bästa läget i Santo Spirito! - Fräsch liten lägenhet med bästa läget på Via Santo Spirito, nära bra restauranger och folkmyller. På gångavstånd till Domen, Santo Spirito torget och Ponte Vecchio. Trots centralt läge, lugnt & tyst i lägenheten.

• Vladislav (10/5): Perfectly located apartment in the quiet heart of the Florence - The location is PERFECT!!! Minutes walk from POIs, quiet street with enough restaurants and café's. It's really comfortable to walk to all the museums and squares. Plus it's a rare part of historical Florence that keeps it's old charm, not overcrowded by tourists.

• Patricia (8/5): This area was Terrific as a Neighbourhood. - Well presented & maintained. Clean. Comfortable Bed with good bed linen. Could not find any air extraction connection to over stove Extraction.
• Dimple (8/5): great location, no lift - very well located, good sized studio for one person with adequate storage and a kitchenette. Giovanni was very responsive and helpful it’s on the 2nd floor with no lift - had to drag my suitcases up 40-50 steps. I wish it was brighter. also, as is the case with many flats in Florence, you can hear the noise and footsteps from the floor above - disturbing for a light sleeper
