• Renee (9/5): It was a great choice for location, the house is beautiful. - The location and house are stunning. The furnishings are lovely, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of space and enough bathrooms/ toilets for a large group. In the beginning, the communication was friendly, helpful and relaxed. We were notified a few days prior to arrival that the air-con in one of the bedrooms was broken, but there would be several fans in the house to compensate. A few messages back and forth, not one fan was found, nor provided. Please provide what you promise, it was really hot. It is obvious the hosts have previously had undesirable guests, communication became irksome a couple of days prior to arrival. An array of rules as if you were arriving to school camp and after check-out, a message of: "of course, we prefer if you only leave a positive review". Maybe reconsider communication style, we are not the previous troublesome guests.
• Clare (10/5): Wow, fantastic place to stay, close to the Rocks and Circular Quay and lots of restaurants! - It was just as it was pictured. We loved the rustic charm. Great location for accessibility to Harbour, Rocks and ferries. The stairs, but that is part of the charm with the house.
• Michelle (10/5): Location , location, location ! - Beautifully renovated 5 bedroom terrace in one of the best locations in Sydney ! The terrace is perfectly situated in Dawes Point which is a perfect little pocket of the city. Steps away from The Rocks yet surprisingly quiet , stumbling distance from the iconic Harbour View Hotel and an easy walk to circular quay and Barangaroo where a swim at Mirrinawi cove is a must. The terrace comfortably housed our group of 7 but can sleep up to 12 guests. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We just happened to be there during a heatwave weekend so the cold air con was very welcomed. Hosts Sam and Jackie were helpful and very responsive. 4 storey terrace which means lots of stairs. Not a problem for us but might be an issue for others. Be wary of the last step into the kitchen - 3 of our group tripped down it 🫤
• Sarah (10/5): We had a wonderful comfortable stay at this beautiful property - Beautiful property in a fantastic location close to The Rocks shops and restaurants. The views of the Harbour and the Opera House from the apartment are wonderful. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. We didn’t cook in the property as we ate out but the kitchen looked well equipped. It was all lovely.

• Rebecca (10/5): Great family stay - I thought it was an excellent stay. The rooms were well appointed, bathrooms everywhere. The property was clean and had plenty of linen. Awesome location, close to everything. A very memorable weekend, would recommend. Host was pretty easy to deal with too Need a guest book with internet password and pretty much info that was messaged as I didn't know there were several messages in the booking platform. I didn't get notified.
• M (9/5): Lovely historic homes with fabulous views of the city and area in the bustling Rocks area. - Beautiful historic home in a prime central location. Plenty of supplies and the house is truly lovely. Great tvs and heaps of space and beds for family/group. Basic supplies in kitchen which was appreciated. Thrilled to see weekend markets just outside our door during our stay. Not a knock, but be aware there around around 60 stairs in this four story house, so there is no way to avoid some extra cardio while staying here. Also, just be aware there is plenty of night life noise from pubs and cars in the area.

Outside garden was perfect. Wish had longer there to enjoy even more of it A small milk in fridge would be handy for arrival giving time to get to local shop
