• isaac (1/5): Misleading, dirty, and disappointing stay - Location is good but the rest…… This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had through Booking. The apartment was below street level, something never mentioned in the listing. It had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the sheets were dirty when we arrived. We asked for clean sheets and dishwasher tablets, but the host ignored our request and only asked for pointless photos, clearly trying to delay any solution. The sink didn’t work properly, and nothing was fixed during our stay. The entire place felt poorly maintained and unhygienic, completely different from what was advertised. To make things worse, they charge a week in advance with no refund option, leaving guests trapped with a bad property and zero support. Avoid this place — it feels like a scam hidden behind Booking’s platform.

• Agustina (9/5): Muy buen lugar donde pasar un par de días en Roma. - Excelente piso, muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado. El duchador del baño principal perdía y hacía que se mojara el suelo.
• Geneva Joe (8/5): Fabulous apartment next door to the Vatican - The apartment is spacious and has great air conditioning, plus the lighting is fantastic and the beds are so comfortable. The shower/bath in the larger bedroom is difficult to get in and out of, especially after a shower/bath due to excessive water spray and leaks in the shower hose.

• Andrea (10/5): Vynikajúce - Veľmi sa nám páčila poloha bytu. Byt je krásny, čistý a výborne zariadený. Nechýbalo tu vôbec nič.

• Assaf (8/5): A week visit to Rome. - The location was great, and the rooms were very comfortable. We informed we were 5 but the house was prepared only for 4 people.

• Effie (9/5): A fantastic place and location. - There was lots of space for a family of 5. Excellent location close to the metro station and lots of restaurants and shops around.
• John (10/5): Recommended for a safe, comfortable, stay in Rome with great Pastry and coffee shops nearby, as well as the Metro. - Large, upscale, well stocked. Near neighborhood convinces. This is not a dig or complaint, just items to assist other travelers. There is an Extra fee for late check in. In person check in is employed so I understand the basis for the fee but it could be avoided with automated check in. A City fee is also required per person per night that I wish had been included in the pricing up front.
