• Elio (7/5): Venice accommodation - Very attractive property, but the second bedroom is very small and filled by a large double bed - no room for suitcases! This seems to be a new property, so there are some minor teething troubles that need attention and which I have reported.

• ALIONA (10/5): Perfect! - Amazing apartment with beautiful private territory. Very spacious, with a large kitchen and a canal view. It’s perfectly clean, and you’ll find absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is truly fantastic, incredibly kind, helpful, and responds as quickly as possible. Their support made my holiday completely enjoyable. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews, they’re absolutely not true in my experience. I highly recommend this apartment!

• Dirche (10/5): - The decoration of the house and the kitchen. The entrance is too far from the front door.
• TIMOTHY (10/5): - We loved the location here. It was in a quite area of Venice that was still close enough to the main areas where we could walk to and from.

• David (7/5): Very quiet place that is close to many activities in Venice. - The location was very good, not in the busy areas, but a short few minutes walk close by. So it was always very quiet. However, it was only a couple minute walk to a large number of very good restaurants and about 10 minutes to the train station. Wasn't spotless clean, acceptable though. The AC system was extremely complex and difficult to use and usually didn't work, kept getting error codes from the units. While close to many areas, it is a long walk to Piazza San Marco.
• Pradeep (5/5): Overall experience was so, so - Clean and conveniently located No working A/C, house was extremely stuffy, no proper ventilation. Had lot of Mosquitoes, both my daughters had multiple bites on face and hand.

• Carreras (1/5): Awful stay - The experience was awful. Pictures are crazy misleading. The place was extremely dirty, rancid smell and hair in the washing machine, layers of dust all over, trash in the receptacle when we got there, no trash bags in the receptacles they wanted us to separate the trash, spots all over the floor, stains on the bedding, scuff marks & stains all over the walls, ant infested and mosquitoes that would not let us sleep at night. After we left owner called and claimed we used sheets we weren't supposed to and said we were being charged extra, when we said we wouldn't pay, especially in light of the condition of the unit, he began yelling profanities, super unprofessional, and in some ways scary, we did not feel safe; then he sent a message that said we were "looking for trouble" what sounded like a threatening message. I would avoid this place at all cost
• Konstantinos (6/5): Great location, nice but dirty apartment - The location was great, very quiet, with a wonderful view to a canal. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spacious. We were really disappointed to find out that such a nice apartment was so dirty. There was dust everywhere, even on the head of the bed. The linen and the towels were worn out. We even noticed spider nests. Anyway, the general impression of the apartment was like it wasn’t even cleaned at all.
