- KEV HARROLD (9/5): I will definately stay again - Breakfast was great, welcomed by all the staff. Good location. The facilities are fantastic, including the gym and sauna. The set-up with the lobby on the 33rd floor is a bit odd, but you get used to it The staff member for the sauna and pool was a little rude. realise he didn't understand a lot of English, but he came across as rude and unaccommodating. The locker in that area was not operational. One man came in nude, which I thought unnecessary, and should not be allowed.

- ZACHARY (10/5): Whenever I’m in Jinan, I know where to stay. - Everything was just so pleasant. The staff, the food, the facility. Everything was 💯 The 200Rmb deposit thing. I didn’t understand the whole point.
