• Barbara (8/5): Posizione ottima - Posizione magnifica (dalle finestre si vede direttamente la Mezquita). Molto luminosa e con cose minime in cucina (tovaglioli di carta, asciugapiatti, del caffè, qualche monoporzione di olio e aceto). La Wifi funzionava bene. Il contatto con il gestore è stato minimale. Molto complessa l'apertura della porta di ingresso (app per portone e per porta di ingresso per i due appartamenti+box a combinazione per la porta di casa). Casa disponibile alle 15 e nessuna possibilità (se non pagando) di poter accedere anche solo mezz'ora prima. Abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà a chiamare un taxi per la partenza e a richiesta di supporto al gestore (fatta il giorno prima) non abbiamo avuto risposta, Per accedere all'appartamento si devono fare due piani di scale un po' scomode. Una delle due camere da letto è veramente molto piccola
• Sheila (10/5): Viaje en familia - Lo céntrico que estaba, un lugar ideal para Semana Santa , tenía todo lo que necesitábamos sin duda para repetir, era un apartamento muy acogedor Era una vivienda que compartía la puerta de entrada con otra vivienda , y la puerta con la que accedíamos a nuestro apartamento había que cerrarla con llave cuando estábamos dentro porque si nos se quedaba abierta , pero no es un empedimiento para repetir

• Raul (9/5): Todo perfecto - Lo mejor la ubicación y lo limpio que estaba todo. Buena calefacción para enero y la ropa de cama abrigaba bastante. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. Atención telefonico bueno.Recomendable 100% Me falto paño de cocina, mantel y algo para poner neceser de baño.

• Elena (1/5): - El apartamento es nuevo, bonito y limpio, y está muy bien ubicado El trato recibido. Tuvimos problemas para acceder al apartamento y tuve que hacer varias llamadas al teléfono de contacto. Me atendió al principio una chica muy amable que reconoció los errores y se disculpó por ellos. Pero, al subsistir los problemas, en la siguiente llamada me atendió un hombre, cuyo nombre ignoro, que me trató de una manera inaceptable. De manera educada le trataba de explicar los sucesivos problemas que estábamos teniendo y le manifestaba nuestro disgusto por la situación. El me interrumpía constantemente con un tono cada vez más elevado hasta llegar a gritar y decirme frases propias de un matón como, por ejemplo, “como yo me enfadé, usted es la que va a perder” o “si quiere voy al apartamento y nos vemos las caras”, para terminar colgándome el teléfono. No puedo recomendar este apartamento mientras exista el riesgo de ser atendidos por una persona tan grosera y mal educada.

Quite comfortable Had all amenities as stated Accessing the unit was hard: app / url to get inside the apartment complex, another set of code to enter the unit and third set of key’s to enter the subunit. Instructions to enter the unit was incorrect and didn’t include to correct code. The unit is a 3or4 bedroom unit converted to two sub units. There was occasional smell of smoking entering the unit through the vents I assume. Utensils weren’t clean and one of the non stick pans had scratches all over it. The salt provided for cooking etc were dirty best to not use any of these and buy your own. Bathroom was quite small and want fully cleaned properly

• Uldis (7/5): Good apartment, but needs better management - The apartment is in a very good location, has two bedrooms, two balconies, overlooking the mosque wall, recently renovated, clean, good value for money. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cleaning products, towels, etc. For a short stay, even more than enough. The most difficult part is getting into the apartment. To get into the building you need to receive link on WhatsApp and then activate it. (The links are deleted in the Booking.com messages.) We didn't get in for 40 minutes. We called the owner 6 times, no one answered for a long time. The front door opens only when you activate the link. Next you need to open the next door, which can be opened with a code by turning the handle. Then there is a box on the wall where you need to enter the code again, then you can take the key and get into the apartment. If you arrive late and you can't call the owner, you can stay on the street. If you don't speak Spanish, it's even harder. The link for opening the main door stopped working after 3-4 times. The door can also be unlocked with a key, but once you have checked out and put the keys in the box, you can't open the door. The internet in the apartment stopped working after a few minutes, we informed the owner, but nothing was done. There is an outdoor cafe on the 2nd floor on the opposite side of the street, so it is very noisy until late at night. There are only a few hangers in the apartment. When we arrived, we found that there were only a few sheets of toilet paper. On Sunday evening we had to look for a store that was still open to buy toilet paper. I recommend bringing your own :) When you check out, you get a message that you need to take out the trash. The container is about 300 meters down the street.
