• Cornel (10/5): Apartamentul curat si spațios, recomand! - Apartamentul este frumos, curat si este compus din doua dormitoare, living si bucătărie (mare), precum si cele două terase frumos amenajate. Este utilat cu tot ce este necesar : prosoape, gel de dus, ustensile in bucatarie, cafea, iar la sosire am găsit o sticla mare de apa, o sticla de vin spumos si o prăjitură. Recomand cu toată încrederea! Gazda a fost interesata de confortul nostru, dar nu a fost nevoie de nimic in plus fata de ce oferă apartamentul.

• Paulina (10/5): - Byłyśmy w apartamencie w cztery osoby i jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone z pobytu. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, czyste i świetnie wyposażone – do dyspozycji była dodatkowa pościel, duża ilość ręczników oraz dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dużym atutem są dwa tarasy oraz przepiękny widok z okna prosto na Bazylikę św. Piotra. Lokalizacja jest doskonała – blisko Watykanu i dworca, a w okolicy znajduje się wiele sklepów, restauracji i kawiarni. Kontakt z właścicielką był świetny. Na powitanie czekało na nas miłe zaskoczenie w postaci ciasta i wina. Jedynym minusem może być hałas dla osób szczególnie wrażliwych na dźwięki – mieszkanie znajduje się bardzo blisko torów, więc słychać przejeżdżające pociągi również w nocy. Nam, przyzwyczajonym do miejskiego klimatu, zupełnie to nie przeszkadzało. Byłyśmy w kwietniu – w mieszkaniu było nieco chłodniej niż na zewnątrz, ale temperatura była komfortowa, a dodatkowo dostępny był termostat umożliwiający jej regulację. Ciepła woda w łazience działała bez zarzutu. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce!
• Gottfried Roosen (10/5): Top Lage! - Sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Die Lage ist zentral und die Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Journey Aunt (10/5): Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, ideal zum Erkunden der Stadt - Große Ferienwohnung in Wohnhaus ganz in der Nähe von Vatikan und Bahnhof San Pietro, sehr gut ausgestattet, viel Platz auch dank Vorraum und zweier Terrassen mit Mobiliar, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet Check-in und -out verlief problemlos, Anweisungen und sehr freundlicher, schneller Kontakt über Booking und per WhatsApp Restaurants und Supermärkte, Bushaltestellen und Bahnhof in Laufweite, Auto fand auf der Straße um die Ecke Platz in öffentlicher Parkbucht. Wohnung liegt zwar bei Bahnhof und Gleisen, aber es hat uns nicht gestört. Alles perfekt für uns (4 Personen), und wenn wir wieder nach Rom fahren, wäre diese Wohnung für uns erste Wahl. Nichts
• Samantha (8/5): It was amazing but keep in mind if mobility is a concern - The staff was amazing, super thoughtful and went above and beyond on our stay! the instructions on how to self check in was super easy. The location is very near but it is on a hill, I was concerned about the ground floor and never noticed the area, one side you have the station that does required some steps and the other is a small hill with a steep climb, for my two 70yo parents was pushing a bit and we did have to take a uber more often than the public transportation. Still super close to every tu big and I would def stay again!
• Bettina (10/5): - Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit allem, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr zentral. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt im der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und stets erreichbar.
• PER-GUNNAR (8/5): Fantastiskt läge nära Peterskyrkan - Läget, läget, läget. Peterskyrkan låg ett norrländskt stenkast bort. Gångavstånd in till centrum. Hade frågat om de kunde handla kallskuret, ost samt öl. Kylskåpet var välfyllt! Mycket trevligt! Utsikten med Peterskyrkans kupol på baksidans terrass Rummen är ganska små men det är ju vad som gäller i centralt i storstäder. Det är inte boendets fel men parkering var knepigt då vi kom med bil. Om du har problem med ljud på natten tag med öronproppar då den vetter mot en järnvägsstation.

• Lorraine (10/5): - The welcome wine and cake was a lovely gesture. The terraces were a bonus. The apartment was spacious and quirky, clean and well equipped. I would have liked an extra set of keys. The shower cubicle is a bit worn-out.

We were welcomed with cake, wine, and water… This woman truly loves her job.🥰 My advice to the owner would be to replace the red curtains with some pastel, light ones… they would fit better with this “grandma vibe” 🥰I almost skipped this accommodation because of the red curtains.😂💖 You can see the Vatican through the window. You’re there in 10 minutes. There’s a market and many small restaurants nearby. The building is on a hill. The building is right next to the railway, trains pass by constantly, but it didn’t bother us.🥰

• Llerena (10/5): Everything you need away from home. - This place is in the perfect location to go to different places around, like Vatican City and Tratevere. San Peter Basilica is steps away. Parking was not ideal, but we had a spot for 2 cars within the block every day we stayed.

• Linda (8/5): Comfortable place. Great location. - It was a 10 min walk to Vatican city and plenty of restaurants on the way for early breakfast. The apartment itself had everything we needed. The host was always in touch with us and even offered us help in arranging transportation to the airport. While getting the key was easy ( the host even sent pictures ), We did have to wiggle the key in the lock to finally get it to work. The apartment building itself sets about halfway up a steep hill, so just be aware of that.
• Laura (7/5): Overall we had a very good stay, enjoyed ourselves in a comfortable flat - Host was kind leaving a bottle of wine, coffee, tea, a large coffee pot :). The flat was outfitted with everything we could need, including laundry facilities. The location was in a residential area so had restaurants and grocery stores. Also fairly close to walking to the Vatican and some other sites to see. Our host was very good communicating with us regarding arrival time, allowed us a bit extra time to depart, also was wonderful at arranging a shuttle to the Rome airport. There really are not any things we did not like, only a couple of little issues. Wifi would lose internet connection. Not crazy about train being so close but were amazed how quiet the train was. Also the building front entrance lock was difficult to use when coming in or out, the lock needs a hand-mechanism to open when inside. The key we had was very difficult to open the building main entrance door. Knowing how great the host is and how well maintained the flat is, we are sure this issue will be fixed.

• Martin (9/5): Great place with comfortable beds. - The view was beautiful, the place was stocked well. We were even given an extra bonus of sparking wine and a cake. It truly made us feel special to show up and pop some bubbly and enjoy a piece of cake to start our stay in Rome. Communication with Veronica was also simple and open. The location is close to the Vatican but be prepared to take a taxi or public transport to the rest of Rome’s famous sites. We had to take a taxi or public transport to most places.
• Jérôme (10/5): A very well located flat, near the Vatican - The location is wonderful, really in the center of the city, a few minutes from the Vatican. It was very quiet and comfortable. We will surely book the same place next time we come to Roma! Honestly, it was just fine.

• Paula (10/5): Exceptional - We a had really nice stay. The apartment was easy to locate and check in, it was clean and once we arrived we were welcomed with champagne. There is free parking on the street nearby, which was very helpful since we were traveling by car. It is a 15 minutes walk from Vatican City, and even though it’s a bit far from the city center, we walked to the metro station and when we returned we used the bus, a line which left us 10 minutes from the apartment. Elena was very helpful and responded within minutes to my messages. Thanks a lot!
• Danijela (8/5): Very good - Location is very good, and hosts were very nice and professional. The oven and the fridge very dirty but we didn't cooke so we didn't mind. Apartment is little bit old, and for that reason price is high, but the location and hospitality of the owner influenced our final positive opinion of the apartment.

Steps away from the Vatican and some 20 minutes fab walk though the most beautiful and iconic Roman places, arriving in the Piazza del Poppolo and Villa Bourghuese (the beginning of your walking journey to discover fabulous Rome, passing Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, though Via del Corso for delicious shopping and all the restaurants you can imagine and ending in the Roman Forum and the Colosseum) How does it sound to ya huh ? All available in an unforgettable 40 mins walk. Elena was super kind and gentle considering we have THREE DOGS ! (and is a great Pet shop meters away :D) We loved it and will go back. We love this city and you will too staying in a supa dupa place !!! Yay.

Property was nice and clean and good space to stay in. Builders accross the road starting work at 7:30am in morning very loudly! - not the properties fault though i guess!

• Bogdan (9/5): Superb - The location of the property is excellent — a 10 minutes walk away from the Vatican and just a couple of minutes away from the San Pietro train/bus station (this was our main way of getting around the city during our stay) The terrace is great, especially if the weather outside is nice. The host was very welcoming and the communication was smooth and on point. Some of the wall power outlets are incompatible with regular EU plugs so you’ll need an adapter for those.
