Easy walk to Lugano main area and funicular back. - Location to the train station, staff were friendly and a good restaurant very close. The bedding was not a good size for the bed. The blanket/ doona not really big enough to cover both….too short and too narrow whatever way you used it. Need more pillows too.

Je souhaite garder précieusement cette adresse pour mes futurs voyages au Tessin! L'insonorisation de la salle-de-bain... ma voisine n'aimait pas m'entendre chanter le matin...

• Willem (4/5): Teleurstellend. - Ik heb al veel hotels bezocht maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Het tweepersoonsbed was niet echt groot maar tot mijn verbijstering lag er een eenpersoons dekbed overdwars op het bed waardoor je voeten niet onder het dekbed konden liggen of het dekbed kwam tot je navel!

• Jacob (7/5): Staff is extremely nice. The owner gave us a ride to the bus station to save us from the heavy rain. - Breakfast was great. Selection and food quality have been very good. Location of the hotel is very nice from a view perspecive. However, getting to the center city and back requires some uphill walking. Public transportation is not exactly a good option. Two small beds have been a bit of a dissappointment. We were looking for a queen bed originally.

• Sandra (7/5): Muito caro pelo que oferece - Hotel bom para dormir só uma noite devido à localização próxima da estação e bom atendimento. Banheiro horrível!! Só tem um chuveirinho de mão e o único lugar para pendura-lo fica bem baixinho. Para lavar o cabelo ou a gente se ajoelha na banheira sem cortina nem box ou então fica segurando o chuveirinho com uma mão. O quarto é barulhento porque fica em rua movimentada, e os móveis são bem antigos. Pagamos por um café da manhã bem simples, mas satisfatório para não sair de barriga vazia.

• Selene (3/5): C’è molto su cui lavorare! - Lati positivi: posizione, staff molto gentile e disponibile, colazione con prodotti buoni. La pulizia è stata molto scadente, le stanze sono datate e con scarsa manutenzione e segnalo innanzitutto che una vasca da bagno liscia come quella è veramente pericolosa… noi abbiamo rischiato di scivolare e non oso nemmeno pensare ad una persona anziana! Il bagno in sé era veramente scomodo e vecchio con pessima manutenzione e se parliamo del letto: era scomodissimo con dei cuscini inesistenti che rendono il riposo veramente difficile. La stanza oltretutto rimaneva sulla strada principale quindi il passaggio continuo di macchine di notte disturbava molto. Diciamo che per quanto pagato mi aspettavo molto di più! Peccato perché la posizione è ottima per la sua vicinanza al centro e lo staff è stato gentile.

• Patrick (6/5): Super pour des séjours de très courtes durées - La chambre était simple et fonctionnelle. Elle était propre. L'hôtel est à proximité immédiate de la gare, c'est très pratique. Le personnel est très gentil. La chambre 28 n'a pas de climatisation. Dès lors, pour avoir de l'air un peu frais, il faut ouvrir la fenêtre. Celle-ci donne à la perpendiculaire de la rue principale qui est très bruyante. Prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles si vous voulez aller dormir tôt ou vous réveiller tard.

Dusche teilweise nicht ganz sauber. Schreiendes Kind als Zimmernachbar (Wände etwas hellhörig… ) - aber dafür kann das Hotel an sich ja nichts, Zimmerservice trotz bitte nicht stören Schild.

Non mi e piaciuto per niente la struttura in costruzione mentre esegue gli lavori in corso gil ospiti non devono essere in struttura…! Praticamente un cantiere con impalcatura davanti chiusa con telone bianco!!
