• vania (1/5): PÉSSIMA - Fomos para o casamento da nossa filha em São paulo, momento lindo, cheio de expectativas e reservamos duas unidades. Nos colocaram na 1204 e 1211. Na 1204, um hóspede não recebeu a autorização de acesso, só foi autorizado às 16h, além da unidade mal cuidada, suja. Na Unidade 1211, ainda pior. Foram várias decepções. Recebemos uma mensagem informando que o horário de chek in seria postergado pois tiveram um problema com a limpeza para entrega da unidade. Depois de muita insistência e troca de mensagens, conseguimos acesso a unidade apenas às 18h e somente porque uma equipe de limpeza de outra unidade nos ajudou a organizar o apartamento, ou seja, a administração da unidade 1211, nos deixou na mão. Mesmo após a limpeza, não tinha roupa de cama, a tv desligada, internet, geladeira, tudo desligado. Ninguém da adm foi ao local, suporte zero. Decepcionante, NÃO RECOMENDO MESMO. Já fiquei no local, em outra unidade, com outra adminnistradora e não tivemos problema, mas com a AIRLOCANDO, UMA DECEPÇÃO TOTAL. Por conta do transtorno, nos ofertaram um late checkout pelo problema na entrada, mas no dia da saída exigiram que deixassemos a unidade às 11h. Argumentei, enviei a mensagem deles com a "oferta", mas não adiantou, tivemos que deixar a unidade. Um absurdo. NÃO RECOMENDO E ESPERO A REPARAÇÃO, PEDIDO DE DESCULPAS NÃO É SUFICIENTE, NO MÍNIMO O RESSARCIMENTO PELO VALOR PAGO.

• Karine (10/5): Maravilhosa! Voltarei! - Ótima localização, espaço acolhedor e vista linda da varanda. Estive em um período de frio intenso. E os vidros da varanda não tinham vedação, entrava o vento e frio pelas frestas entre os vidros.

Wifi worked well, powerful and hot shower, comfy bed and plenty of natural light. Kitchen wasn't very equipped and gym was tiny. Fine for short stays but would be tricky long term.

The room is convenient and has everything you need in case you have to spend a couple of nights in the city. Also, the responded my queries quickly.
