Otherwise, this is the reason why I booked this hotel.This hotel is not for someone looking for luxury and high-level comfort, but only for those who primarily want the view and the landscape and are not afraid of the morning spectacle of camels and horses passing under the balcony, nor the inevitable smell caused by their passage. We were delighted by the view and were able to take great photos from the balcony. Also, we appreciated the kindness and solicitude of the staff. Excellent breakfast. Maybe a little more attention to cleanliness, especially in the terrace area where breakfast is served, which should be slightly rearranged, to further enhance the gorgeous view of the pyramids.

De ontbijt zaal op het dak.De kamer was netjes schoon. Het bed prima. Geen tafeltje of stoel in de kamer . Het balkon piepklein. De omgeving was echt in het midden van het dagelijks leven van de gewone inwoners. Als toerist moet je echt uit je eigen comfort zone komen. Maar dat echte leven vond ik persoonlijk het boeiendste. Met een haan en een kat als gezelschap. Wat me heel erg dwars zit. Is de hoge sommen welke het hotel me aanreken , omdat ik van hun hotel dienst en vervoer gebruik maakte om verschillende toeristische sites te bezoeken. Ongeveer 2 à 3x duurder dan normale prijs. Verder het niet aanvullen van drinkbaar,flessenwater, iets wat in Egypte primaire hoffelijk is.

Staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Toiletries were missing and we had to ask for them. It had been cleaned alright, but the top walls had been damaged from humidity over time. Flakes off the ceiling wall fell off.

Très conciliant, on a même pu laisser nos bagages après avoir rendu la chambre pour profiter des pyramides et du musée qui se trouve très près ! La rue est assez bruyante à cause des travaux dans le site archéologique et faites attention en arrivant, les rues sont peu fréquentables la nuit, demandez au taxi de vous déposer près de l'entrée des pyramides vous serez juste à côté.

С террасы открывается восхитительный вид. Утром мимо входа проходят караваны верблюдов . Вкусный завтрак со свежевыжатыми соками. Чистая удобная кровать. Оставались на 2 ночи - постель меняли каждый день ! Благодарю персонал за помощь с покупкой билетов на пирамиды и в Гранд музей. А что касается мусора вокруг на улицах так это особенность этого региона в Гизе, т к это Африка - ничего не смущает .
• Tom (9/5): Overall a Good Stay - Friendly staff. Mustafa and Muhammed were great. The cleaners do a good job too and so do the young men who help with breakfast and other tasks. Everyone here was really nice. The bed was comfortable and clean, the fridge worked, and the TV has Netflix and YouTube. The view is amazing and was my favourite part about the room. They were very accommodating on arrival and I was able to swap rooms. I felt safe there as they have a 24h reception and cameras recording the entire premises. They provided two complimentary waters on arrival, tea, coffee, sugar etc. Also soap, shower gel, toilet paper and towels, at no extra charge for refills. My room was also very quiet too! The road outside is not a busy street at all. Most of the cars are 50 metres away around a corner. Every night I felt relaxed and peaceful. You have to understand that the entire area around the Giza Plateau has elements that cannot be controlled by the hotels there. Such as the smell from the camels. This is not the hotels fault. They cannot change where the camels come and go. Overall I was very happy! For the price, it was pretty good. I have put 9/10 because the WiFi was up and down. It occasionally didn't work for 10 minutes and then continued normally. Additionally, there are some plumbing issues which didn't affect me having a shower or using the facilities, but were still not pleasant. Such as the smell in the toilet from poor sewage control in the area. I think this is a problem for most of Giza maybe? But to be honest, when you spend 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening in the bathroom, it's not a huge deal.

• Chiaowen (7/5): - Very close to the pyramids. Great view on the rooftop. It’s on a street that camels and horses would standby in the mornings. We can see them from rooftop as well. It’s interesting to me but it could be a negative point to others because you will smell them easily. There was only a curtain-like slide door between the room and bathroom. It made the room humid after shower. The breakfast was not good. Cheese looked and smelled like they were sliced and putting outside for a long time.

Perfect for breakfast and for seeing the pyramids illuminations after dark. Mohamed was an absolute star, I can't thank him enough for enhancing our stay. He and his staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - they were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. (Our arrival was around 3am.) My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and effective. Kettle and hairdryer in the room. Towels and bedding very good, and changed during my 5 night stay. The huge wardrobe had lots of space, both for hanging clothes and a large section of shelving for other items. Big mirrors and ample coat hangers. There was a good sized fridge in the room. There were security cameras covering the public areas and there was always someone on reception, so it felt very safe. This also helped the staff know when guests were on the roof terrace, where breakfast was served. On the first morning there was a lot of food: omelettes, bread, jam, honey, croissants, plates of cheeses with tomatoes, and fresh orange juice and coffee. This was a lot, so we adjusted the amount for the remaining days. Tours and transfers to and from the airport can be arranged from the hotel. I was happy with everything. As long as you are prepared for it to be no frills stay you will be too.

Hotel selbst verdient den Namen Hotel kaum, wirkt mehr wie ein Haus der Eigentümer das Zimmer anbietet. Sind zwar nett aber unter Hotel verstehe ich etwas anderes. Bad war semi ok, kein warmes Wasser beim Duschen, keine Ablage Möglichkeit im Bad, Reinigung erfolgt nur auf Anfrage. Frühstück ist das einzige gute, es gibt Frühstück, qualitativ kann man es vergessen. Es kann sehr laut sein in den Zimmern, also wer es bucht unbedingt Gehörschutz für die Nacht mitnehmen.

• Charlotte (10/5): Amazing view - Amazing situation. We could admire the pyramids from the terrace. We could take our breakfast direct on the terrace. The staff was friendly and always there to help. I recommend 100% A bit loud in the morning because of the horses and camels waiting to enter the pyramids site.

• Petya (10/5): The best! - Everything was awesome about this hotel! The staff were absolutely lovely! They were super helpful with anything we needed! The view - breathtaking! Bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, shower pressure was perfect, hot water at all times! It’s close to little shops and food places near the pyramids. There is honestly not a single thing I’d complain about and when I come back to Cairo, I’d definitely stay here again.
• Kan (3/5): Muhammad was kind and the scenery was beautiful, but overall comfort was lacking. - • The view from the common areas was beautiful. In the mornings, camels and horses pass by, which is unique to experience. • The orange juice and eggs at breakfast were fresh and enjoyable. • Mohamed, who seemed to be the owner or manager, was kind and tried to assist during the stay, especially when helping me with Uber drivers. • Mohamed also offered a 20 EUR airport transfer, even though Uber was only around 7 EUR. This felt overpriced and disappointing as a first impression. • There was a TV but no outlet nearby to use it. • The bathroom only had a curtain instead of a door, which didn’t feel comfortable. • Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. • I noticed a bug above my bed. It didn’t alarm me too much, but it did add to the overall sense of discomfort. • Walking outside was difficult due to animals passing by. • Breakfast was underwhelming — the potatoes were stale. • Tour prices were significantly higher than online options. • The smell of manure at the entrance was strong. (It's not the hotel's fault) • My room was called two nights in a row, and the first call included inappropriate comments. I didn’t answer the second night and felt unsafe. I decided to leave earlier than planned.
• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely guesthouse with excellent location and fantastic view. Mohamed was amazing host, very kind, helpful and always available. The view from our balcony was priceless, probably the best view in all of Giza. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. If you want the perfect view of the pyramids from your room balcony, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!
• Martin (8/5): Giza Pyramids - The hotel itself is simple, but has everything you need! It is located on a dusty street where the camels gather to enter the pyramids in Giza! But the view of the pyramids is unforgettable!

• Anna (10/5): Amazing experience , will definitely come back - Absolutely 100% recommend this hotel, the staff were so friendly and attentive and ensured our safety at all times. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was beautiful , offered us an upgrade to a balcony room for a reasonable price. Definitely excellent value for money , in the heart of Giza . The area is bursting with culture and it is truly an amazing experience. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are fine. Shower pressure slightly on the weaker side, but it is still usable and wasn’t too much bother.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great hotel, but overwhelming area for more than a day or two. - The location is fabulously close to the pyramids with a stunning view, however, just be prepared to walk thru poo (horse and camel primarily) when exiting the hotel. The staff were great. The food was wonderful. They put together a great tour for us. The view from the balconies were stunning and you an hear the sound & light show from the hotel so no need to go to that. Not the hotel's fault as it's right in a tourist area, but be prepared to be constantly harassed by vendors and kids. For the hotel, the problem was the showers. Ours was not tilted towards the drain, so drained into the room as the caulking not good so we built both a low and high dam out of towels.
• Debashmita (10/5): Good stay with best people and best ambience - Extremely good hotel with extremely helpful stuffs. Mustafa helped us and saved us starting from getting down from cab . He is a gem person. Next is Mr. Mohammad, very polite and helpful. The place is exactly next to the puramids. Nice view from hotel. Awesome ambiance, we have enjoyed a lot. The best persons we met who will protect non Egyptians people. Blessed to got them. Must recommended. Liked everything
• Zih (1/5): Horrible smell of animal faeces and bathroom - Property was close to the pyramid gates , that’s it nothing more The room was not clean , bathroom smell horribly bad , we had to close door for the smell not to be in the room and the shower runs cold so quickly, we ordered breakfast for 7:30 , it didn’t come until 08:00 that’s made us late for the entry of pyramids , and nothing was in the breakfast was bread / croissant, orange juice and one omelette for two people , the balcony in the morning you can have breakfast in it because of the smell of animal and camels they all park there to go into the pyramids so it doesn’t give the appetite to eat at all , note the animal faeces were everywhere:(
• Huiqin (8/5): Very good - you can see pyramids on the rooftop. the Reception girl helped me changed a room with window because l booked a room without window,l didn't check that before I book. the room was clean and has air conditionerand a fridge. the reception guy name is Mostafa helped me hired a car to go Alexandria and airport. Around the hotel ,there are many horses and camels which was smelly ,you have to use mask every time. Only has water at the first day . A little further to the center .

• Daniel (7/5): Beautifully renovated rooms and great value for money - Wonderfully surprised. - Recently renovated and exceptionally clean rooms (marble bathroom to boot!) - Air con/heating in room with remote control worked well and very efficient because room quite cozy (didn’t feel too small for us though and full size ensuite). - Lovely hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. - Location close to pyramids. Noteworthy; There are camel people who take you to the pyramids and not just around. Kind of like camel Uber/taxi. The guy whose camel ‘cab rank’ 😆 (see pic) is out the front is lovely and there’s a bench there to wait. Catching a camel taxi to go to the pyramids is definitely something else!! I wish we had known about it sooner! 🤣 Overall excellent value for money and a great choice for a budget hotel. Would stay again. - Great instant hot water but the water pressure in the shower was low (could likely be improved with a smaller shower head. This is a common problem across Egypt). - Wifi was free but a bit slow at times.
• Adrien (10/5): Great view and location hotel - Amazing location next to the 2nd entry of the pyramids. Next to the shops and restaurants. Staff is really helpful and nice . The view from the roof top for the breakfast is amazing and if you book a room with pyramid view it’s even better. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend.
