• Martina (10/5): - Tutto, a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia e in una località strategica come punto di partenza per visitare l'isola. Vicino a uno Shopping center dove c'è di tutto. Appartamento pulito e accogliente. Ritornerò sicuramente I cuscini molto scomodi e alcuni utensili della cucina assolutamente da sostituire
• Azeleus (10/5): Endless relaxation and comfort! - This modern vacation home was an excellent stay — very clean, stylish, and comfortable. There are a few minor signs of wear, but it’s clear they come from careless use by previous guests rather than the property itself. The location is truly perfect: right next to a shopping center with stores, two supermarkets, cafés, bars, restaurants, and even a small chapel. The beautiful sandy beach (with darker sand) is just a short walk away, and you can easily reach Maspalomas and the dunes in about 30 minutes on foot. There’s also a bus stop nearby, which is super convenient. The area is peaceful, quiet, and feels very safe — most of the time I had the pool all to myself! The house is very well equipped, the air conditioning is fairly quiet, and overall, I highly recommend this place. Honestly, everything was perfect — there was absolutely nothing missing, and my stay was fantastic. The only minor inconvenience was some nearby renovation work, but that’s obviously something the owner has no control over, and it would be unfair to judge the property for that. As for the house itself, everything was better than expected — I couldn’t have asked for a better place!
• Miles (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy little apartment, really comfy bed and sofa, good air con, smart TV with Netflix etc, kitchen area well equipped and cooking saved us a lot of money, comfy chairs on balcony with table perfect for eating outside. Amazing location right by shopping centre, gym, mini golf, restaurants and beach.Close to bus stops and easy transfer from airport. We really enjoyed the private garden area with sun loungers and balcony too, really peaceful and nice clean pool. Owner really helped us by kindly returning an item we left behind posting to UK going over and above expectations. Overall we couldn't be happier with the apartment and location and we will return. Nothing all was great

• Chloe (10/5): Fantastic accommodation! - Wow... what an incredible accommodation! The location is fantastic with the beach and San Augustin shopping centre so close. The flat itself is just perfect for two people. The cooking facilities are great, the bed is comfortable. The accommodation even has board games for the occasional wet day. The pool is fantastic and it's great that it is still open in December. The apartment was extremely well equipped- washing machine, sun loungers, washing tablets, cooking utensils etc. The neighbors are all very friendly and peaceful. We would love to stay here again!
• Leslie (10/5): A perfect location for older couples. - The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. It had all necessary facilities and was ideally situated for beaches, shops, buses and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for us.
• Linda (4/5): Disappointing - The location The apartment was basic, shower not cleaned properly. Only one pillow each, low on toilet paper and kitchen roll. No welcome information or instructions. Smoke alarm directly above the electric hob, extractor fan totally inefficient, this led to the smoke alarm going off at the first attempt to cook anything. There was a TV but not usable if you do not understand Spanish. Only usable if you have your private account, such as Netflix!
